    Works great. Only problem is it's hard to take apart with 1 person. Have to take off and flip because there is nothing to hold the "limbs" up. Purchased after Christmas so just put it together to make sure everything works.

    We had the first one delivered, and one of the three sections would not light at all. After spending hours tracking down the problem, we discovered that it was wiring, not the bulbs. BBY was helpful in replacing, sending UPS to pick up and ordered a new one same day to deliver a week later, but it was just a pain in general. the replacement has worked well so far. Hoping for no issues in future years.

    This was the first tree that I had bought and had put together and used other artificial trees for years. This is by far the easiest and best looking tree I have ever had. The tree has tons of lights and really allows you to make it a full tree very very few "empty spots. Would recommend to anyone. Only negative, if any, was that it does take a long time to adjust the branches when you first get it but it was worth the time!

    The tree arrived and today and I put it up. Once up I found several broken lights and half of the top of the tree won't light up
