    We purchased our tree and put it up after Thanksgiving. The box did not appear to be damaged during shipping. Upon unpacking the item everything appeared fine. My husband and I took the sections out and began the process of “fluffing” the tree section by section. The tree itself is lovely. Very realistic looking. Just enough lights. Cute speckles of snowlike areas. We lit the tree and loved it. We only lite the tree around 5:30/6:00 until about 10ish daily. Today I plugged the tree in normally and everything was fine. About an hour after plugging in I noticed a section is completely out. Everything is plugged in no loose bulbs. Now an hour into waiting on hold with BestBuy, I am in the process of taking all the ornaments off. I’m hoping for a resolution. I will come back and update my review after speaking with a representative.

    I did not know BestBuy carried these, but after having this delivered to the house, I was extremely impressed. I will continue to order these from them.
