The plot was slow at first but still kept me interested. When it picks up the it gets even better. The voice acting was very well done. Especially with Kirika where often what isn't said is just as important as what has been said. The music was awesome, period. Several great pieces of music that fit the mood of the show very well. Several are done in latin, and when you find a translation and see what is being sung they fit even more. The animation seemed a bit off to me, however, that fits with the story being told. Could they have done a better job with the animation? Yes. Would it have made the story better? I think not really. A whole disk as well as parts of two of the show disks contain extras, there are hours of extras to sift through. My one warning is you will likely either love or hate this series. Must see, but get through at least the fifth episode before giving up if its to slow for you.

A girl wakes up with amnesia, and has the word "Noir" stuck in her head. She finds a gun,and soon finds that other people with guns are after her. She soon contacts someone from her past,who as it turns out, is also being chased after by the same people. They make a pact to find out why and their connection to each other.
