I upgraded to this padlock, after my required U-storage facilties "heavy duty" padlock was picked twice and items were stolen from me. Now at least, there is nothing to "pick". I like how this lock records every time it has been locked and unlocked. I gave it only a 4 **** rating because I wish it would send text notifications. Otherwise, so far, so safe.

Decent product, but NOT worth the expensive price tag, & wait till you read the other 3 ways to open it! Ha...

Loved concept and love the build quality but definitely has some issues with unlocking the first time or two but worst of all, the app! App is horrid! No support from company neither.

This is a good strong lock hope it last long time.

Returned it after a few tries.... took it to the gym a couple of times, and both times I stood there at the gym locker looking foolish trying to get this lock open. I had to reach for my phone and play around with the NOKE app for a few minutes until the lock finally opened. I'll stick to the old lock and an actual key for now.....

This lock is amazing. Talk about a technology change. I mean, there are other bluetooth locks out there but I don't think anyone else did it like Noke. The lock looks like something out of the future and has the durability to match. They design is great and the weight feels great in your hands (props to the designers/engineers). Their U-Lock looks pretty sweet too. I use this lock on my gym locker and gun case, work great. I just remind myself that if Chuck Norris uses a lock, he would probably use the Noke. Luck goin' with Chuck.

App won't connect to the lock, no customer support!

I purchased this lock for my shed and it works really well, much easier than fumbling for my keys. You just press the shackle down, it will connect to your phone and unlock for you. Super easy.

The packaging was great and it worked immediately right when I download the app to my phone! I was so excited to own a lock that was as simple as it sounded and the best part is if I don't have my phone with me or if someone else needs to get into my backyard they can unlock it from with the clicking passcode! I personally bought the 2 year geek squad protection on it just in case if something went wrong :)

Purchased to lock my shed. Beyond the coolness factor, it is incredibly easy to set up and use and is incredibly durable
