I had to upgrade my husband’s old school phone. He loves being old school. HOWEVER, he is quite pleased with his Nokia 1.3. He had no problems adjusting to using it. The cost was acceptable to him, considering he only paid $1 for his old phone. Ha Ha.

My biggest issue with the phone is how the back opens. You have to have sharest nail to open the back lid. I damaged the back while openning it. Worst item ever.

Best phone ever made if you're hard on your phone or need to it stay powered for long periods of time!

the phone came locked. i could not use it. i am dissapointed and hope that i can get a credit of some sort as it was there mistake.

Nokia used to be at the forefront of all cell phones. Sad!!!!

Not good at all.it’s good for a three day period....

My first phone was an AT&T GO Phone. It was better and more reliable than this one. From the moment I powered it on, I couldn't believe how long it took for the first screen to come up. Then it was slow from then on. Sometimes (about 50% of the time) when it rings, the processor freezes and you cannot answer the call. Sometimes (often) you cannot change the volume of the ringer (process freezes), or turn the ringer off (like when your phone rings while you are in a meeting or in church). I only installed a few apps like IheartRadio, Robinhood, and Foxnews. It came with everything else I need. It can't even handle those. I don't have any games. Most of the time it says something about how the memory card is not installed (even though I put in a brand new SD mini). The camera is absolutely the worst phone camera I've had since the 1990s. The settings do not even allow you to change the resolution. The photos are too big to send even when you're connected to WIFI (and I have a very high speed system at my office). Sometimes it starts flashing through different screens for no reason. Sometimes you just cannot get it to start. You swipe and it begins, then turns black again. Its embarasing, frustrating, annoying, and a complete waste of money. I've been trying to use it for at least a few months, since I paid $100 of hard earned money for it, but I don't think I can any more. After one month I'm going to get something else. Previously I had a Motorola that was also $100 and it was very impressive, fast, larger screen, easier to use. No wonder this company has lost so much marketplace in the last 20 years. I remember in the late 90's when they took over from Motorola as the world leader of cell phones. I've never smashed one of my phones on purpose before, but I think that is what I will do this time.

I bought this technical marvel piece of dinosaur dung because my regular phone was damaged and was in for repair. I wasnt expecting much at the price point...good thing because I didnt get anything. When calling voice mail it takes so long for the screen to come up that it disconnects before you can enter your password. Even the simplest games cause it to shut down. When receiving calls I just have to wait and call the people back because it only answers about 1 out of every 20 calls. This is worse than the bag phone I had in 1992. Nokia I am disappointed. People DO NOT waste your money on this phone. You would be better with two tin cans with a piece of string between them. BTW I cant give negative stars but if I could - to infinity.

Gonna enjoy this cheaper phone for years to come..
