Excellent product! The Nokia 225 4G is everything as expected, feels light but solid, as slim as my iPhone (with the cover on). I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to increase their quality of life, after all off-line is the new luxury.

The radio without headphone works amazingly perfect and loud enough to listen the latest news. And the phone have fun games for playing while I wait to pay at the grocery store.

I was never told about the return policy they have . They want $45 for a so called restocking fee. They must think I am crazy. Dont buy this I still havent been able to get it working. Another paper weight. Wont buy anythingfrom them again.

I purchased this phone and have tried 2 different pre-paid carriers; BOOST and AT&T. After pulling up the IMEI number (had to dial *#06# then call to access it) found out the only sim card number that works with it is *890141. Both the sim cards i purchased were *890140 but there is no way to find this out until AFTER you buy/open them up and see the back of the sim cards themselves. Unfortunately, they both cost about $50 and are non-refundable. So now I have a phone that cost me $50 that is non returnable, two different sim cards that cost $50 that are useless with this phone. So total value of this phone is $0 but cost me $150.00 to find that out. Learn from my failures. Everything I've read online indicates that carrier updates are phasing this phone out and turning it into an expensive paper weight. AVOID THIS PHONE AT ALL COSTS.

Unfortunately this phone doesn’t work with Verizon network.

It is great the only "Problem" I had was with typing (But that I got used to) and when I was making my Best buy Account where it would take a while to get the verification code but after tweaking with settings that worked to so over all good phone

As a lifetime user of brick phones, I can honestly say this one may be the one that forces me to leave the old style phones behind. I'm giving myself a week to see if I can stand it, but I think I will most likely return it. (Although, the "restocking fee" costs almost as much as the phone itself) Right out of the box it felt more cheaply made than any of their previous models. (my cheap flip phone that I bought for the interim when my other stopped working feels more sturdily made) It's got a glossy finish that just gets immediately smudgy and the buttons don't have finished edges and they click very loudly when you are pushing them. I mostly use my phone for texts and this phone is exceedingly frustrating. The settings are not as easy to personalize as the previous model, so you have to put up with auto correct turning itself on out of nowhere. It can't keep up with someone that's able to text quickly and just causes a lot of typos. The phone completely jams randomly and you have to smoosh around on all the buttons a bunch to get it to come back to life. The time stamps on the incoming messages are all over the place and I've tried to adjust the internal time many times, but the time stamp errors are not congruous with any hour specifically, so it's not a time zone issue. It's very strange. It may be my mobile company (Mint), but when I dial out, the phone takes a long time to actually connect and start ringing. This phone gets 1 star because the voice quality is good, the display is easy to see and it has a long battery life.

Unit arrived on time and in working conditions. It does more than I expected, and the price is excellent ! I have not yet tried the camera, so I cannot comment on it.

This product is no longer supported by the network AT&T nor will they provide a sim card to enable it. As such it should be updated in the reviews and description.

I got this phone as a back up phone for my son and I was actually really pleasantly surprised of how good it was. Very happy with the purchase

I couldn’t use my international sim on this phone. When I requested for refund from the store I was told I would only get a $10 refund off the original price of the phone. Absolutely ridiculous…

Very cheap phone and difficult to return to the store. Never to buy anything from Best buy especially phones. They charge you restocking fee of $ 45 dollars. No store charge for restocking fee except Best buy. I don't recommend buying phones from Best buy.

The two phones l purchased from Best buy were great.

Not worth the money. Half the stuff on the phone dont work.

This phone was impossible to use , you would only get a foreign language. , it would jump , from English to Spanish , or some other language , it would not connect to the internet, It was not inspected before it was sent

I wanted to love this phone, but the old technology can't keep up. Texts would organize in random order, wouldn't connect to cell towers half the time :(

It really is a high quality phone and dimensions are perfect, I prefer carrying this size phone over a larger smart phone, The price is also a great bargain. I highly recommend the Nokia-225

This phone is terrible for texting! It would send them late. It would put them on top of text already sent. It was hard to type them out. Some never made it. I was told it was internet incapable & it is.

I do not know if it is a good phone or not. I cannot get my minutes to tranfer....I like carry over unused minutes and have more than 1,500 mintus available that Tracfone will not let me put on Nokia phone...what a waste...

using tracfone ATT sim, unable to use data. no data connection, no help from tracfone voice calls work well texts can not recieve Multi Media format, possibly due to data problems.
