Call quality is excellent, better than any cellphone I have owned. It feels good in the hand and secure. My only complaint is that the aps cannot be removed. And the user software is much better than that on the ZTE Cymbal is replaces.

It worked on my Pure talk provider till four days ago when I lost all capabilities. Pure Talk tech services indicates they are NOT supporting this Nokia model. So, I have a $50.00 phone to "trash". Best Buy SHOULD NOT be selling this model. It's simply become a "rip-off".

Don't Buy This Phone

It had sim card issues from day 1 because the bracket that holds the sim card is a really poor, defective design. Then I had to take it back to Best Buy to get help just making it work properly with the sim card. Then I had to get a PUK# from my carrier to make it work. Once all that was done, I thought I was good to go. Nope. Froze on the 1st day. Unable to power off. Took it back to Best Buy.
