This phone is not compatible with AT&Ts network as advertised. Put in the SIM Card and it showed At&ts network but would not accept calls or texts. After further research this phone will not work on At&t. Also best buy charges a $45 restocking fee for any opened phone returned. I understand this policy for more expensive devices but this one was $48 after tax.

Clear voice and easy to use. Highly recomnded to minimize distraction

Works well but will not be able to use this phone very long as the provider tell me this phone is not a G5.

I forgot to charge my smartphone. I have an important phone call to make. I remember my dumbphone, pull it out and make my call. Never again will I speak badly of my dumbphone. My Nokia 225 does what it's suppose to do.

Cheap phone. Basic functions. Not sure why but set up with a carrier was more difficult than it should have been, to receive calls etc. Says it's compatible with various carriers but you have to jump hoops.

sometime works sometime does not. Can not make a call or receiving call.

I like it and its small and easy to use and have and im happy that it works with at&t because i never thought it would work because of the other reviews but it does and i like it

Calls only idk how i used to txt on this thing, there is no t9. Would recommend as a work phone for phone calls only.

I ordered this phone for a family member who does not care for smart phones. They love it. I even checked to see if the traditional snake game was on phone and guess what it is along with several other new games. Great price and reliable phone. It is also small and can fit in your palm.

What a perfect phone for all I need! Although I had a small flip phone that closed before, I'm good with this one and very much appreciate the price compared to so many other phones. Huge plus, that you can use a carrier that you prefer(our's T-mobile). info/data from original phone was not transferable, so all my info had to be inputed manually. Oh well, that's ok... I do not need and/or want all the features on the more up to date phones, so it works for me.

Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it says GSM unlocked but it only works on T-Mobile towers but besides that it works fine and Snake is fun to play

Serves the purpose I needed it for. However, it's tough switching back to a dumb phone but once committed, never going back.

As a phone for talk & text it is adequate. The use instructions are minimal and take a bit of getting familiar with.

very simple and easy to use phone for older people

I spite of 2 B.B. mobile phone reps’ assurances this phone NOT COMPATIBLE with my mobile service. This product for some arcane reason couldn’t be shipped to my home. 3rd trip to B.B. confirmed the incompatibility. My home is 40 miles round trip x 3 = 120 miles wasted in gas & my time!

USELESS. Will not work properly or make calls. After two very long sessions with help chat, I gave up. They’d get it making calls but the next morning it wouldn’t work again. Received SPAM without any difficulty though. THIS IS NOT the well-made, intuitive Nokia of 15 years ago. It may look like it, but it isn’t.

A very nice no-frills phone! I got tired of all the problems associated with smartphones and decided to step down a little bit and this phone meets the need!

Great little phone. Keeps my kids from asking for my phone! I've dropped it a bunch of times already and it still works!
