We live out of town with demanding jobs and we were told it was out of the 14 day period to return. No refund allowed. We will be shopping elsewhere after years and thousands of dollars.

Had to upgrade to a 4g after a 3g and didn't want to spend alot as she doesn't use it unless an emergency in her car. Great price for this.
