Simple phone with bigger buttons. Operating system is ok to navigate. Could be made simpler.

Bought the phone for my mom. She said, it works good. Definitely loves the big buttons. She’s happy with it.

I got this phone as a way to do a digital detox, so going in my expectations were not exactly the highest but it managed to shock me with a couple of key issues: 1.) the build quality was just so poor. felt like a toy phone, buttons had a hard time clicking, the screen was very dim, on and on. 2.) it had freakin ADS!! like womens lingerie ads, and just for opening different applications, absurd! I ended out getting a CAT S22, id recommend it to all looking for a break from the madness of smart phones without saying goodbye to the essentials like maps, mail, music etc.

Just right for my needs! Little different than my last but working it out.

Excellent choice. Replacing a soft pad flip phone which my mom complained about dialing numbers which would add extra numbers and she would have to hang up and try again. She loves this new hard pad phone. No issues at all

The older we get, the fewer tasks are required from our phones. This basic phone is all that's needed. The speaker is loud and clear!

Bought this for my elderly father who is legally blind and has a hard time with smart phones. He absolutely loves that the numbers are big enough where he can see them and has been able to navigate the phone well. Took him a while to get used to, but he loves it!

Phone is great. It was actually purchased for my 91 yr old father so he can be reached by his family. He’s very happy with it.

This particular phone was great for my 95 year old mother, her other phone went out. I was glad there was a basic flip phone for her since she only uses the phone for emergencies while going to the grocery store or just out running errands.

Screen leaks a lot of brightness even at the lowest brightness setting. Maybe that's justifiable given the economical price, but checking the phone while in bed or in the middle of the night can be very strenuous for your eyes. Otherwise, features and functionality are good.

Overall good simple flip phone, safety phone for a child with limited access to media.

This is a very good phone - lots of features, great for texting, and the quality of calling (so few of us MAKE calls these days) is pristine - excellent camera - great value and highly recommended by me.

This nokia is perfect for an easy emergency phone. Not hard to use and great for calls or texts!

I bought this one to replace the identical model I bought at Best Buy exactly 6 months earlier. T he screen failed, most likely due to a defective ribbon cable to the screen. There was only a 90-day warranty. I pretty much had to buy it so I could simply swap the sim and get back to work. I bought the 2-year extended warranty this time.
