It’s a perfect dumb phone, more affordable than lightphone 2 and punkt. Call quality is great. Buttons are big enough that I love texting now. Although you need to customize/hack (available) to get the wifi tethering to work, I still love it. Thanks for the simple design.

Mine had more issues than I could deal with, Best Buy and Geek Squad were no help, and it turned out to have a faulty SIM card. Thankfully Google answered most of my questions.

The old phone was no longer functioning and the options seemed limited. This phone was affordable and we were able to get it to work with AT&T without an issues.

Works better in every way possible and the Best Buy guy that’s works in phones set it up for us and did everything that was needed in 15 mins instead of the 3/4 hours it would normal take at the T-Mobile store! I love the phone service with (actual) phone service at T-Mobile but store service not so much (at all)

Now she calls me all the time, without using someone else's phone. She has mild dementia, and this phone is ideal. She calls all her kids and grandkids. Speed dial is great, and the fact that you only need to open the phone to pick up is great. Totally recommend it.
