For the price it is a great backup phone, and plus the nostalgia

This is a really cute phone, and if you just want to make calls it's fine. But for almost anything else, it has far too many problems. It's a shame that the developers didn't have any of the expertise and attention to detail that Nokia did back in the day. Here are my "showstopper" problems with this phone: 1. The calendar only holds a couple of dozen entries, then it says "Memory full". That's ridiculous! 2. Entering text with T9 does not automatically capitalize a new sentence, and it takes 6 clicks of the # key to get to the "En" mode to enter a capitalized word. Even the original 3310 did this correctly! I ended up writing like some hipster ee cummings wannabe. 3. There's no way to quickly change to silent mode and back to ring. You have to press the # key for 3 seconds, then click left 7 times to silence. Same in reverse to turn volume back to level 6. That is WAY too many clicks! 4. The Bluetooth car connection does not support phonebook, so you cannot dial by name. This makes it dangerous to make calls from a car. 5. The small-size font has poor readability. For example, the '!' does not look like an exclamation point. Letterspacing is terrible, so some words show a gap in the middle. Original Nokia fonts were beautiful. 6. The phone I got didn't recognize a 32 GB memory card, although the specifications say it's supported. I tried 2 different cards. It might have been that particular device, but it's not a good sign. I will give kudos for one excellent detail: the alarm works even if you turn the phone off, just like original Nokia phones. One thing I hate about my current LG phone is that sometimes it spontaneously crashes in the middle of the night, then the alarm doesn't go off in the morning and I'm late for everything. The new Nokia 3310 alarm works even if you temporarily remove the battery then put it back in (a full shutdown).

Phone is exactly what I expected, it calls and sends text messages. The battery lasts forever and the camera is a nice touch.

It’s a play on the classic Nokia’s but with upgrades like a color screen. I purchased this for an elderly family member but the buttons were too small. The screen items were small also. The thing that made it totally unusable was the classic unlock feature where you had to press the menu key then the star button. If you were not quick enough the phone will stay locked. I contacted Nokia if this feature could be removed but there was no support.

It’s hard to find a good basic phone for those non-technology advanced individuals. This worked great for my mom.

Bought this for my 9-year old daughter for the summer. It's great as a simple phone, and she uses it as such. Texts and phone calls are great.

I wanted a basic phone just for my boys. Works great for want I needed for them. Of course they wanted smart phones but for their first phone I didn’t think giving them that much access was a good idea. They like it, because it doesn’t look like a flip phone. So not too embarrassing to pull it out. Texting takes a while so it does encourage them to just call. LOL. Overall happy with the phone.

want a digital detox but still need to stay connected to be reached. buy this phone. no apps for facebook, twitter, etc. no qwerty keyboard to make texting or emails easier. just a solid performing phone. great for kids, travelers going overseas. no large screens to crack, just a solid classic durable phone.

The style of this phone is reminiscent of the early nokia phones in the late '90s. Covers the basics of making calls.

Great !! Has the snake game! Only thing is that if you have T-Mobile you’ll have some issues starting it up. But overall very new 3310

Todays smartphones are power hungry and need to be charged every other day if not every day. The nokia phone is simple enough to leave as an emergency phone in a car or take with you on a hike. Compact and the features are just enough.

this is a great basic phone for international travel or as a backup phone. battery life is great, works in the EU.

Bought for an elderly user whose smart phone died. She was having some trouble remembering how to operate the smart phone, but thinks this feature phone is harder. The phone itself does a lot with a few buttons, hence the extra trouble remembering how to do things after the smart phone. However, the phone itself seems to be good. It might actually deserve another star, but I have not been using it myself.

I brought this phone for my grandmother, it didnt take much time to teach her the functionality. She wanted a simple phone for call and text. I personally would not prefer this phone for myself as its not a smartphone.

Device works, but the build quality is far below the original. Check it out in person first if you can.
