This was my son's first phone he has bought for himself. It's a great phone that has lots of updates, bells and whistles. He originally wanted an iPhone, but he did research and realized for price compared to what you get, this was a smart choice for him. Would recommend this phone.

Budget friend pure Android experience and dual SIM .

5 stars as this phone completely met my expectations by delivering good voice quality, photos and application performance. Nokia on-line support was extremely responsive in solving a problem I had after the initial activation. Support person carefully explained options to resolve the problem, and when applied the phone worked perfectly. Nokia states the 4.2 is an Android One device which means the phone will receive two major software updates in the future as well as monthly Android security patches. Up to date support is valuable in a phone in this price tier. "The wish I had" is 5GHz WiFi, this is 2.3 GHz only. If you get a case for it make sure the the power button is visible, it illuminates for notifications.

This is a pretty good budget phone. Updates are made often, I find that if I don't update my phone it tends to freeze on me. Other than that it is a good phone for making calls, text messages, browsing and downloading a few apps. If you are on a budget I would recommend this phone.

A whole lot of phone for the money. It is Android operated, Comes loaded with Dual sim card slots, fingerprint sensor, & a light up notification bar to name a few things and looks quite stylish especially in the color pink. Nice phone that i would recommend to buy.

Nice phone to have when on a budget. Easy to use.

Purchased this phone for both myself and my fiance. The phone is cool and camera is nice, service is horrible. The phones are constantly cutting in and out of reception, calls drop and you cannot hear the caller properly on voice call or speaker phone. Paid 300.00 for 2 phones and stuck with them since we would lose out on 90.00 for a restocking fee if we decided to return to best buy. I will stick with LG or Samsung on my next purchase and do not plan on buying through best buy again

I've used this for almost a year now. From the beginning it's been very slow. There are infrequent graphical glitches, sometimes the phone screen doesn't turn on, and sometimes the notifications drawer won't pull down all the way if the phone isn't unlocked. If you're poor like I am and need something that just works, it's fine, but otherwise it's pretty bad.

Nice looking phone however it will not connect to my home WiFi. I have tried several troubleshooting tips but with no luck. I took it back to Bestbuy and it connected to their WiFi without a problem, but useless at home where I use WiFi most often. All my other devices connect without any issues. This phone must not be compatible with my router. Unfortunately Bestbuy will not give me a refund.
