Uptil now ,i haven't gotten my order. What a shame!!!! You guys need to work on your delivery/logistic.

Good price, but not a good phone.

What a disappointment!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my Moto E4 since 2017. Some features stopped working, so I purchased the Nokia G20. All I needed was a simple phone for emails, YouTube, nothing crazy. Nokia G20 seemed to be an upgrade -- dual sim, 128GB storage & the promise of 2 year system updates. It even came with a case and screen protector already applied! I waited almost 2 months to write the review because I thought maybe I was still getting used to the new phone. But now I can say, boy, what a disappointment!! The notifications would get turned off randomly, emails take forever to arrive, the hotspot is not stable, the volume is acting weird no matter how I adjust it and the sound quality when talking is choppy for some reason. The person I talk to can hear me clearly but it's terrible for me. At first, I thought it's my headset, but it's the same poor quality when using the speaker. Oh, and the calls often just get disconnected for no reason! See, I'm comparing it to my Moto E4, so the bar is pretty low. This Nokia G20 is so annoying & disappointing in comparison. I don't care for big companies like Apple or Samsung. I don't believe you have to spend a lot of money to get a decent phone. I chose this Nokia G20 primarily because of the software updates but now I kinda wish I stayed with Motorola.

Broken nokia

Phone stopped working after 2 weeks while I was on a road trip. I had pressed restart and the phone got stuck on the Android one screen. There was nothing that I could do to make it start up after that point. On top of me being out of town I was not able to return it to the Best buy that I bought it from and on top of THAT there was a restock fee which I believe was around $50. So I bought a phone and even if I was able to return it which I wasn't I would have to pay $50 for a broken phone. Disappointed to say the least. At least I have a paper weight
