I had a little Nokia bar phone (3120, I think) and LOVED it...it is my backup phone cuz it is still working great after over 5 years of semi-rough use (dropping, leaving in extreme temps, etc.), it is just scratched/dinged up. My contract was out for a long time, so I thought, why not get a new phone now and make sure I like it instead of letting my old one die and being without a phone for a while and being stuck with whatever was out at that time. So, I got the Mural at Best Buy for around $50, more than I wanted to spend, but the free phones were not anything I wanted. And that's a great deal compared to full price!! I picked Best Buy (after going to SEVERAL AT&T stores) because you can try a phone and if you don't like it, bring it back and pick another WITHOUT getting charged a RESTOCKING FEE, which is a ridiculous fee!! And they are friendly and helpful and don't force you to buy any certain data packages. Anyway, this phone is a great basic phone with features I didn't have before like mp3 player and camera; The keypad buttons are perfect size...not too tiny and not too narrow. WARNING: I do not use the media stuff, so I can't comment on that . I have my phone blocked from such features so I don't accidentally get charged for something I don't want...and this phone does have a LOT of buttons that go to the internet when pushed!! So far, I love this phone and my worries about it being very breakable and hard to use are over. I have a black rubberized cover, of which I only use the back so I can see the pretty shiney front of the phone, and that is enough protection from scratches from setting it down in all kinds of places. I was afraid of a flip phone not getting good service, but we live way out in the country, and the service is, dare I say, a bit better than my old phone. The battery does not last quite as long, though, so I'd imagine if you are using alot of media features, it might go down pretty fast! I do wish I could get my photos off the phone...I was told you can only send them to other people in messages, which I cannot do because you can only send text without being able to access the internet, or get them onto your computer using bluetooth. I don't know this for sure, I haven't tried it yet...but it seems if you can download songs from your media player on your computer right onto the phone (which I have done and it was a breeze!), why can't you download pics from the phone to the computer?? If this is in fact the case, then that is my only complaint, but that would be with any/all phones.

I love this phone! It has the best speakerphone...I can leave it on my dash and I can hear clearly and caller can hear me. It has great call clarity and sound. I didn't want a touch screen phone and this one is a simple basic flip phone! I like that you can change the light options to 6 different colors. I just wish you could categorize callers by color. The phone is very durable and has a stainless steel back. This is the best flip phone I have ever owned. The battery doesn't last very long after a charge....maybe 2 days and I don't text or surf the net on it. I highly recommend it.

I bought this phone for my parents. They just want to make calls...no internet...nothing fancy. This phone is great for that. The other bells and whistles may be good too but the actual callng features were all I was interested in. Gets good reception (they are not very close to a tower) and the volume has good range. Older folks need louder phones and this one does the trick. The feel of the phone is pretty slick though so I would advise some sort of rubberized cover. I picked up a cover and now there are no problems at all. Love the phone .....

I got the phone at a upgrade discount, so it is a really good phone for that price. Not sure I would have paid full price for it. It's a fun phone, with cool light effects and good graphics. I had a different phone for years but wasn't getting any signal inside my new house, with this phone I can. My only complaint is that the PTT button is way too sensitive and any time I touch the phone, I have to decline the PTT feature.

Traded up from a 4-year old phone so most phones would be wonderful. But this phone has every feature I can imagine, and all I''ve tried have been easy to use. I must admit I don't use the phone often so am not the best to make recommendations. I'm also not technically inclined. Therefore, since I find it easy to use, anyone should find it easy! I do recommend buying a case to better hold on to it.

I have had this phone for about 3 weeks now, and love it. The phone is user friendly. battery life is great if your looking for a normal phone. I can change the colors on the face so no more with face plates to switch. voice regoniton works very good. For the ppl who have a problem with a butterfinger at times..... this phone has a STEEL Backing and some of the body as well. All and all a very good phone to have and use.
