Willmaker Plus 2016 is an excellent tool to produce basic estate planning documents such as a will, health care directive and durable financial power of attorney. In addition, it provides executor documents, personal financial documents as well as home and family documents. It is better to have an estate plan than none at all. Willmaker Plus meets the needs of individuals who wish to generate their own estate simple estate plan. It is easy to navigate. However, I would caution that so much is at stake not just in disposing of assets but naming guardians for children and other major issues, that I recommend that any and all documents be reviewed by an attorney and executed with the assistance of legal counsel. If something is subpar, once a testator is either incompetent or dead there are no do-overs.

Very easy to use product. Generated all the documents that I needed. Only drawback is that is is not easy to duplicate the same documents for a spouse. It can be done, but is not intuitive.

The software is quite helpful but has lengthy and repetitive instructional data and continually plugs Quicken and the Willmaker brand to the point that it becomes somewhat annoying. It does, however, get the task accomplished.

My lawyer wanted $2500 to prepare my will so I thought it would be a good idea to try this first.It's really easy to use and the final documents are clear and precise. Check this out before shelling out top $$ to a lawyer.

It would be nice if you could still get this with living trust maker instead of just the online version, but worked great for what I needed - new wills, POAs and living wills.

I would recommend this software to anybody who doesn't have a will drawn up or important documents like the durable power of attorney etc. There is so much good important information in the software. Do not hesitate to buy it. Works great with windows 10.

Works for those who do not have a large estate. Self explanatory. Easy to review and go back to make changes before you print out. Tells you what you need to do after printing out. Lawyer wanted $2000.00.

I bought this product for a simple will. The software is easy to use, has good instructions, and works for every state in the union.

This seems to be a very complete program for organizing your affairs and leaving good easy to follow instructions for the people who will utilize it when you are unable to do so. I wish there was more flexibilty with division of assets, but with some patience I was able to get it to do what I needed.

Quicken willmaker plus 2016 is a very good program. Make sure that once you complete all the paperwork, get your will signed and witnessed by two people.

I've always bough NOLO books and software and they never cease to impress me as being thorough, clear and to the point. I buy them for anything legal whether it's books or software! This 2016 version is great, the last time I bought a will-maker program was 10 years ago so I thought it was time for an update.

The software program was very easy to follow. It covered just about everything that would come up in drafting a will. This program saved me unnecessary attorney fees. I would recommend to anyone in need of drafting a will.

Bought this to get a general idea of what is needed before and after passing away. It allows me to delegate my assets to certain people and you're able to send it to a lawyer with the click of a button.

This product is purposely made very general to appeal to a wide audience. It is okay for a basic will or to help you get started before you go to a lawyer.

This program guides you very efficiently thru all the intricacies of Estate Planning and explains step by step the forms you are filling and gives advice on the different options you have.
