Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Some mornings, even though the phone was charging, sometimes it would stop charging in the middle of the night, leaving my battery very low. The look of the charger is beautiful, but if it doesn’t work, it’s just a paperweight.

Great nightstand charging solution but does not include built in Apple Watch charger as other nomad base stations do

Like many charging pads it does not give a full charge. I bought to charge my watch on a trip because I forgot my apple charger. Hidden in small writing on box was watch charger not included. I returned with great ease to BB. Wish it would have worked on my watch

Great Charger It's nice to be able to charge my phone & watch at the same time I highly recommend it.

The device was wonderful to have on my desk but due to having a case on my Apple watch and the Apple watch stand being metal, it did not charge my watch unless I pressed my watch firmly against the magnetic charger that came with it. I ended up returning this to the store.

I thought it would have been cool to have this but the watch part never stays in place so you basically just have to put it on the side, phone barely fits so I can not charge my headphones unless I plug in a wire for them but it is nice to have everything together.

Stopped working less than a year after I bought it. Wont charge anything. Hopefully they give me a replacement or refund.

Died after about a month, required the phone to be placed just right to charge. Really disappointing.

Stopped working within warranty, and customer service is not responsive. I would look elsewhere.

This product sucks. After two months of having the charging station, the product stopped working. I personally would not recommend this product.

Another quality product made by Nomad. The use of aluminum and leather brings a very premium feel to the product. The multiple charge ports in the back add to the versatility and accessibility of this device. This is definitely a good idea for anyone needing a quality gift for someone else or themself!

Complete crap. Bought 2, one for me and my husband. Mine would only charge the phone if I found the exact right placement (right on the edge) if the AirPods were on it, so annoying, took forever. Then my husband’s just stopped charging his after 2 days. What are the chances that 2 are complete crap? My bet is that they all are if this is the experience we’ve had. Although I’m starting to doubt making any purchases at Best Buy. We had to buy 3 TVs before we got one that worked back in December, and now this. Maybe it’s whatever inventory they ship to Best Buy?
