I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our product. Our Apple watch bands are made of premium Horween leather from a Tannery factory in Chicago and this authenticity makes it so that the leather wears in with time, which is likely why the band felt stiff. With more usage it should feel great! As for the scratches- that is what happens with premium leather, feel free to buy some of our leather conditioner on our website:

This will help with cleaning and polishing and potentially reduce the severity of the scratches.

Stylish and Tough

My only complaint is that the band is a little on the thick side which isn't bad, but can sometimes feel uncomfortable. Also when trying to take off the watch, its a hassle since the hook clip doesn't really come off as easy. I find myself stretching and bending out the band so the hook can come out.

I have received complements on its looks. The only negative is that it is was stiff until it was broken in, which made it a little difficult to get on and off.

Everyone loves it and He wears this one only. The black one is still in its box and It’s been two years now. No problems and at with it tearing or falling apart. He has slight scratches but that’s because he caused them doing some handy work one day.
