The “item” would have been great had it actually come, or at least arrived in the right size, My phone is a 14 Pro; the case that I received was meant for a 14 Pro Max. If I had been able to exchange it for the proper size at the nearest Best Buy, or at the very least been able to get the desired model delivered by mail via the customer service rep from the aforementioned location, everything would be fine. Unfortunately, none of these scenarios came to fruition. I’ve been avoiding Amazon as a matter of principle, but I guess there’s no viable alternative. I will ACTIVELY avoid ever shopping at Best Buy again. Looks like they’re going the way of Bed Bath & Beyond. The worst part is that the Nomad leather phone case is the best I’ve ever had. I had to upgrade my phone, and wanted to just get another version of the same case I already had. I would have paid any price. That’s how much I liked the product. I guess that was just toooooooooo much to ask. P.S. I’m not denigrating Nomad. My one-star reviews are not a reflection of the product, I’m rating Best Buy for their horrendous, mystifying business practices.

I’ve been a fan of the Nomad brand for awhile. This case is a nice build with quality leather and fits the iPhone perfectly. Nomad attempted to address previous model requests for a way to incorporate a closure for the flap by adding a remove-able magnetic piece. If you tend to fill up the card slots and pocket the piece may be perfect but if you usually only keep a single credit card in a slot you may notice a gap when using the piece. I opt not to use it but like having the option if I need it. For those that rely heavily on MagSafe this case has it and works well with MagSafe compatible accessories. If you like quality leather cases that develop character over time with a rich patina then you may want to give this a try. I hope to see even more Nomad products available on Best Buy soon (like the new AirPods Pro 2 case coming soon. I know Best Buy used to sale the one for the 1st gen which still fits the new gen…or more of the newer watch bands
