The watch part charges great, but if you don’t set the phone on it just perfectly, it does not charge.

Have to make sure that phone is placed in certain position so it will charge wish it wasn’t so picky

I’m sure it works great for the watch and AirPods but have to remove case to charge phone.

Have to place exactly on spots of the charger and sometimes watch doesn’t charge.

I like the pad but I had to return it because it was not compatible for the iPhone 7.

This photo is deceptive. It shows AirPods charging but they are not charging. Just featured in the photo. So a little bit bummed that they are not part of the deal. I purchased and THEN read the full description when they didn’t work to charge AirPods

Having a hard time having the IPhone Xmas chewing on the mat. Would not recommend

Solid build and functional. The charging pad is a bit finicky though.

A lot of money and this makes my Apple products overheat! Some times takes a long time to find a way to charge phone. Not sure I would buy this again.

Coils did not always connect to my phone. Very disappointed.

Great style and look but functionality is a hit or miss. Most days my Apple Watch doesn’t charge. Had it for about a month so far and I have more problems trying to charge my watch than I do my phone, but I need my watch for work so it’s a pain when it’s never charged.

This will serve as my final product review for BestBuy as I will no longer be a customer. Box does not disclose the iPhone series that are compatible with product. I purchased item as a gift only to discover it wouldn’t work with phone. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that BestBuy now has a hard core 2 week return policy. Even though I have been a loyal customer for years because I dared open the box and return a few days past the two week time frame I’m stuck with product. I did attempt to share that I live over an hour away from nearest BestBuy location and the box didn’t disclose compatibility information but it didn’t matter. Manager couldn’t be bothered to speak with me. Please take my advice and buy a product with full information on OUTSIDE of box and decide quickly if you want to keep it.

I purchased this item after reading several reviews across multiple sites, it sounded like a solid product. After a few weeks of use, I feel incredibly let down by this charger. Placement of the iPhone XS Max on the pad takes a little bit of fine tuning. You think the device is placed correctly, then the LED on the front begins to blink. Go to reset it and the LED lights up white even though the device isn’t fully charged. Go to reset it again. The iPhone and/or smart battery case gets unusually warm while charging. No other wireless charger I’ve used, mainly the Mophie Charge Stream Pad+, has this issue. I’ve noticed extended charge times when I am charging my watch, phone, and air pods. There are better options even if they don’t charge multiple devices at once. Look elsewhere.

This item charges phones really well. Not so good on the watch

Cool concept but I find it’s hard to get your devices to charge and frankly it’s too time consuming I purchased this product for convenience but truth is it takes more time to properly position your phone to get it to charge then it does to just plug it into a charger.

Does not charge 3 devices at once. Returned this item because you had to keep the phone parallel to the charger pad, not perpendicular as shown. Tried two separate iPhone 11 pros and an iPhone SE and all had the same results.

Loved it until it stopped charging my phone. It lasted almost one year (bought it 01/07/2019 and it stopped working in December. The apple watch charger however kept going strong. I went ahead and got another and hope this one last longer than one year for $ 120...

Looks great and love that I can just throw the phone down either direction and it just starts charging.

Only problem is that you can’t have any pop sockets or such
