This treadmill is solid, feels like the ones used at the gym. Easy to start and stop. Took two adults, to assemble, male and female, ages between 60-64, with patience and breaks. Setbacks occurs when instructions weren’t followed by male. This married couple celebrated 40 year anniversary and plan to grow old together in better health with this treadmill. This treadmill is easier on the knees than the ones used at the gym. Glad we upgraded to the commercial one when ordering.

The treadmill hardware is good but it software is so slow takes forever to load got the ifit membership it crashes in the middle of the workout try to use manual workout it crashes telling me to unplug the machine is so annoying

Excellent machine. I put it together myself and I found it amazing that the tools came with it and the parts were all packaged well and easy to understand assembly. It says 2 people needed but I was able to do it myself.

Thus far has been an excellent product for the entire family. Never had a treadmill that can auto adjust its incline per the training scenario before. Hiking can even be fun with the iFIT instructors as they traverse exotic places. Still learning the occasional quirk of the iFIT software.

Love it! This treadmill is absolutely worth the price. It’s amazing quality and feels very comfortable to run on. I run about 5 miles a day and haven’t had any issues

This is an awesome machine! The only thing I do mot like is that you have to subscribe in order to use it as designed. Shouldn't have to pay for workouts or be able to use bluetooth features on Fitbit or music.

Awesome treadmill!! The box is VERY heavy, I recommend paying for the install just for that reason. I didn't and had to move that box inside the house by placing sheets under it, my recommendation is just pay for the install.

Best buy MUST change how they sell this product, you arent just buying a treadmill, it comes with an IFIT membership, its hard to operate and start the machine without logging in to IFIT. Bestbuy would do best making the IFIT membership REALLY optional. I have spent hours trying to get my machine to work. after spending over 2k

Had the machine two weeks and having issues with the speed and incline. Calibrated multiple times and still having issues. Have to complete a questionnaire now to have the manufacturer assess.

We've loved our new treadmill. It is so solid and feels just like one at the gym. The touchscreen works great and I love how simple it is to use. The incline is awesome and I've loved how easy it is to get a walk in during the winter. The only con is that it was super heavy to get down into our basement (which is what makes it so solid). The NordicTrack treadmill has been a fantastic addition to our home gym, especially because it’s so quiet! Our treadmill is set up in the basement right below our toddlers' bedrooms, and I was initially worried about the noise, but it’s been no issue at all. I usually work out at night after they’re in bed, and my husband can’t even hear it upstairs. At one point, I questioned whether the incline was working because it’s so silent, but rest assured, it works great—I definitely felt it during my workout! I love the adjustability of the screen. It's super convenient to switch between using the buttons or the touch screen to adjust the treadmill settings, and it makes it easier to stay in the workout flow. I’ve been really enjoying the iFit workouts. The treadmill automatically adjusts speed and incline based on the workout, which is a game-changer. There was a bit of a hiccup logging into iFit at first, but Customer Service was fast and helpful. The armrests are a little low for my comfort, but it keeps me in good posture. Setting it up definitely takes two people, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

It's a really heavy machine, so it was good to have two people during assembly. While it was very heavy, it feels very quality. When I run on it the whole machine doesn't wobble like my previous treadmill so that's been a really nice change! I like the feature of being able to adjust the incline or speed with either the touch screen or the actual buttons. I was given an incentive for my review.

The incline is quiet, and fast. The touch screen is easy to use, It makes adjusting the speed really easy. The on-screen trainer keeps things simple. Especially days when I don’t want to think about my workout I just choose the recommended workout on the home screen. I like that the safety key is magnetic and has pins so it doesn’t pull off by accident but does come off easy enough when it needs to. This is an incentivized review
