I love this treadmill. I was unhappy with the delivery process because Bestbuy uses a 3rd party who was not too keen on taking out the treadmill out of the box to have it assembled in my basement. Granted access to my basement is little tight vs the massive box that the treadmill comes in but the installers were not too keen to take out the parts individually down to the basement. 10 mins later they agreed to my request after recommending getting a smaller treadmill

Love it. The only issue is that it requires a membership of about $40 monthly to be able to use the guided training. Not too happy about that. Might as well just go to a Gym. :-(

The treadmill works great, I subscribed to iFit and the two work seamlessly…the incline and speed matching with the iFit program

Amazing treadmill so far! Best Buy installation was DISMAL and left the machine inoperable and incorrectly “assembled.” I would set up yourself (takes 2 people, one YouTube video and a couple hrs) after delivery or go direct to the manufacturer to ensure delivery team is knowledgeable for a SAFE and complete assembly. Once we took it apart, got it working, and put it together properly, it has been great.

Excellent treadmill. Easy to operate and get your exercise in. No complaints thus far.

The unit works well mechanically. It’s difficult to find certain programs, the touch screen is not sensitive enough and wi fi or processor is slow.

Great machine so far. Wish it folded completely vertical but that is pretty minor. Only complaint is that the programs can be difficult to navigate. Need a lot of trial and error.

I have been doing light exercises using this treadmill and iFit for about one month. This review is only for the treadmill. Pros: It is solid built and powerful. 22" screen is big enough, and the touch response is okay. The automatic incline and decline feature working with iFit is great. Cons: 1. As the other reviews said, the screen is wrongly advertised. It can not tilt while the advertisement says it is capable. Since I am not a tall guy, it does not bother me too much. But I am disappointed that a treadmill costing about $3000 cannot tilt the screen! 2. The first week, the treadmill caused power outage at my basement. I did not expect that in early winter. After doing search online and hiring a certified electrician, the problem was repaired. I paid unexpected hundred bucks out-of-pocket. Although I cannot blame the treadmill for the circuit break, it is the cause. For those who first time buy powerful treadmill, please do some research on the circuiting and power consumption since neither NordicTrack nor Best Buy discloses this risk. When it occurs, it would be quite annoying in winter.

Awesome treadmill. I love the width of the belt and ease of controls.

Nice treadmill especially the screen. The deck auto incline/decline based on the workout.

Great so far. Love the IFit classes. Also really like the large screen on the treadmill.

Everything was good except that we are not able stream content on the screen.

Our Nordictrack treadmill arrived with a couple of defects to the left railing and the treadmill surface...additionally, the Nordictrack treadmill when in use at only level 5.5 is pretty noisy...otherwise, it has been a very good treadmill for daily exercise and steps...EB

Love this treadmill. I upgraded from an old ProForm treadmill. The screen is huge and speakers loud. Belt is smooth. Buttons nice and big and respond quickly. Good size cup holders. Only negative is there is no place to charge your phone.

This unit was very nice but the subscription was obnoxious. Some features were still available, but I dislike being tied to a monthly subscription.

Poor product with subpar spec on the console display. The wifi "flavor" is b/g/n and will not provide optimal connection (RSSI) or bandwidth. My network is far above average. The tech I talked to manufactured the craisest excuses and nit-picked my network that has EXCELLENT coverage with enterprice network equipment, then finally admitted to the old technology included in the tablet. He further wondered why NordicTrack would cheap out on the wireless network card in the display console/tabled. Shame on NordiTrack and iFit to knowingly sell an inferior product that delivers an inferior experience. It's a shame becuse the iFit classes seem to be so nice. DO NOT BUY expecially the COmmercial 2450 with the model number sold in this listing.

My Nordic track works great as expected. I placed it in my garage and my wife and I use it there.

Great treadmill. Easy to put together if needed. iFit is great too.
