DO NOT BUY! Although the treadmill features are great if and when they work, the ifit system is extremely flawed and has serious connectivity issues so it often drops its internet connection in the middle of a workout. The treadmill only works consistently on manual mode and this is a very high priced treadmill to only be used on manual. We have tried contacting ifit numerous times and have been told that it is a problem with our internet even though all other internet connected items have a continuous strong connection (we have a 1GB Fiber connection + Google Mesh Wifi with a router in the same room). While on a wifi, we called with ifit, we were told that the issue is with our ISP dropping the connection - but that's not possible because the Wifi call we were on with support was never interrupted (including the Video app that allowed them to see my screen). We have been hung up on numerous times and then passed around from department to department without anyone providing any solution. We are not alone in having these connectivity issues. If you google the issue, you will see that it is very common.

Once I finally received the treadmill and it was assembled ( not the time promised nor assembled correctly) the unit itself is great! Loving the ifit trainers and different places they take me.

Awesome treadmill. IFIT integrates perfectly and keeps me entertained while I’m jogging or running. I never liked running on treadmills but now the workouts pass by and I’m wanting more!

Love the interaction with different place and people. Gets you to enjoy running

Got the 1st. Treadmill delivered and parts missing and treadmill parts did not fit properly. Called C/S and they had the old one picked up and a new one delivered. But the delivery guys were not responsible for setting up the new one. Just dropped the boxed treadmill down on my living room floor. So the wife canceled the Transaction and had Best Buy come and pick up the boxed one. As the pickup guys moved the treadmill across my Foyer, they gouged and scratched my Oak wood floor. Causing close to 5K in damages to the floor.

It s not working. They gave me one that is damaged. They were supposed to pick it up. They never came

Just purchased the 2022 2450 Nordic nobody does treadmills better imo the incline / decline is smooth the best screen monitor the sound on this treadmill is insanely powerful because I love listen my music loud Ifit programs are amazing favorite fitness equipment I bought

We are very pleased with this treadmill. It is a great addition to our gym. The range of motion and speeds is pretty amazing. It is very well built and fells very solid while running and jogging. It was very easy to assemble.

This has been the best treadmill I have used out of multiple home systems and ones at the gym. The features are great! I recommend this one to anyone in the market for a treadmill.

I bought this treadmill in February. It took bout a month to get someone to come out and assemble it. It worked pretty good for a little bit until I tilted and rotated to screen. Not the screen won't stay lite up. It will come on maybe and then go dark after a few minutes. I am only able to use it in the manual mode by pressing on the screen where I think the start button is. So far I haven't gotten any help from support. They are almost impossible to get on the phone. As it stands now, it's a very expensive piece of junk. Find a retailer that handles real commercial equipment instead of NordicJunk. Thats what I should have done.

Do NOT buy a NordicTrack treadmill. I bought the commercial 2450 less than two years ago and the machine can’t be used anymore due to the belt deterioration! I have followed the care instructions to a tee and take very good care of the machine. The company is non responsive when you try to get a hold of them and if you happen to reach someone, they transfer you to a different department. My parts are still under warranty and I have been fighting for 3 months to have them replaced. I finally opened a claim with the Better business bureau on hopes to get to the bottom of this. Go with a different machine and company!

I love this treadmill but it stopped working day 2. Best Buy stood by their sales and picked up and brought new machine within one week. Thank you Best Buy!!!

Good treadmill but the technology platform is essentially useless unless you pay for an expensive IFIT annual membership. It is a waste of a big screen and not worth the money if you don't want to pay for the IFIT membership.

I was afraid that this would be another cloth hanger in the bedroom... but I use this treadmill everyday and have become addicted to it! Highly HIGHLY recommend this to anyone and everyone looking for a treadmill. The install was a breeze and i have not had any issues whatsoever since delivery.

Love the huge screen and all the features. Always reliable.

I wanted to share a scary experience with the Norditrack Commercial 2450 that has fallen on deaf support ears. To start, we purchased this model for long term reliability and quality being that it was a Commercial model. I was running at a pace of about 8.5mph and finished my lap and wanted to stop. I pressed the stop button and the track instantly stopped. This almost sent me flying off the treadmill. As I stood there puzzled, the belt suddenly went back on full power and almost put me on the ground again. This could have really hurt someone. There needs to be a safety recall on this immediately! The treadmill is very lightly used and was purchased January 2021. The support turn around is horrible. Buyers beware. Perhaps another company would have been better. $3000 treadmill.
