Design Flaw - Beware!

We did not purchase this bike through Best Buy, however if you are looking to purchase, don't get this bike. Ours worked great for about a year and then everything started to fail. Every time you need support it takes over a month to get parts and service. We are now replacing parts we've already replaced. This bike has a fatal flaw where any sweat shorts the electronics and mechanical parts. The warranty company refused to replace any parts due to this design flaw.

More Glitchy Than a Gas Station Cell Phone

If you have infinite time to cycle power until Bluetooth connects or enjoy doing 20 mins of a 30 mins workout only to have the system reset and dump your workout, then this is the bike for you. However, if you have any sort of a schedule, like say... a job, then you're probably not going to enjoy the constant power cycles required to gain full functionality or completing 2/3 of a workout before it shuts down. We have contacted Norditrack multipke times and they have told us the machine is functioning properly. Save yourself the money and buy one those old school fan bikes at a garage sale to hang your laundry on because that is all this bike is good for. Admittedly, the random incline feature is pretty cool. It makes it seems like you're riding a very slow buckinng bull, but can be destracting when you become sea sick.

Save yourself some trouble and skip this bike

Funny how when you write an accurate and fair review, which happens to be negative that it gets deleted. I have had this bike since 2020 (covid) and it has yet to work properly. The tension motor was defective out of the box and neither best buy nor nordic track (beware they contract out their support and you will NOT get help) was willing to honor the warranty.
15 phone calls later to Nordic Track support and they actually told me to ask my husband to help me. I am not married. I am not amused. I paid $2,000 for this bike and can't ride it. I finally paid OUT OF POCKET to a local company to replace the tension motor ($300 and two service calls) in June of 2023. Today it is now clanking loudly and is clearly massively broken.
I have gotten a chance to ride this bike a handful of times and I am out about $2,500. Save your money and buy a pelaton.
As a PSA to all companies... please do not tell a single woman that she needs a husband to help her fix her bike. That is why she has a warranty and the outrage that someone would actually feel like that is ok is a major issue for me. Bad on Nordic Track but Best Buy was no better and as a card holder and long time customer I am really angry. BUYER BEWARE.

Most Disappointing Purchase Ever

Bought this bike from BB last year. The video constantly stutters. Went through 6 different routers and now have a high end dedicated router at the recommended 2.4 ghz three feet from the bike. The video still stutters, even at the lowest 240p resolution setting. My phone and tablet can stream 4k video with no issue from next to my bike.
Spent many hours on the phone with support. The first call I was told to wait a few months for a software update, but after updates issue was still there. After a few months, called back again and the support agent said it wasn't their problem and hung up on me. Called back a 2nd and 3rd time, and both agents dropped my call halfway through troubleshooting and never called back.
Called a 4th time and went through all the troubleshooting, said my router was fine. Then asked for me to send a video of the issue and then never called back. I reached out again to the agent by email and was told to send another video which I did. The agent never followed up with me after.
After researching this, this is apparently a known issue that have had dozens of reports and there is a legal action pending for this. I have been asking to swap out my console which iFit/Nordictrack has refused; however, from other users this does not fix this issue.
I am completely disappointed in this company and the treatment of customers with their support staff. I have been met with nothing but disregard. One even asked my to buy the extended warranty after saying they couldn't help me. This is an expensive product and should be expected to work as advertised. Based on my experience I will not be renewing my iFit membership.

Fun while it lasted. Norditrack never got back to me. I did my own research and found that this bikes mother board tends to go out. It costs over 500 to repair. If you choose to buy it be sure to use a surge protector and definitely get a warranty from Best Buy.

Bought this Bike in 4/2020. Resistance motor went after 3 years. Glad I purchased the Geek Squad warranty.

Very poor customer service

I bought a s15i bike, it started making making load knocking sound when pedalling.
We called Nordictack's customer care, and we were told that we would be charged $150 just to look at the bike, if there was a need for part replacement, there would be another visit for another $115,
all of this while the equipment is still under arrant and gurarantee.

WARNING. Do not buy the bike. It is a lemon. It will give you nothing but aggravation. And norditrac will slow roll repairs even when you have a an extended warranty. They pass you off to a 3rd party and take no responsibility to resolve your issues. However, they have no difficulty charing for the monthly subscription even though the bike doesn't work. My friend has the same bike and the same issue. This a sample 2 of 2. Get another brand.

This is my 3rd notdictrack product in the kast 3 years. I have a 1750 commercial treadmill, an s15i bike and now the 22i. Each one has been reliable and after using peloton products extensively, i cant see why i choose that over IFIT especially with the hardware both being great. $144 a year vs $44 a month, there is no comparison. I can also say the 2022+ models are built much better than anything manufactured prior.

SUPER uncomfortable seat; spotty wifi connection

We were really excited to get this bike and to be able to workout at home with it. Right out of the gate, it took weeks to get the wifi connection working correctly. It kept saying it couldn’t find any networks, and once it did, it would go in and out constantly. Also, the seat is the WORST seat I have ever sat on, bike or no bike. Even bought a cushion and it still didn’t help. Just terrible all-around, especially how pricey it was.
