I love the bike! The only thing that would make it better is if when putting the bike together they could teach you how to us it.

I bought this and while the set up was amazingly easy, I still haven't lost any weight. Turns out you have to USE it in order for that to happen.

Thought this would be a great addition but lacked a few things, the quality of the video is terrible for starters, doesn’t make u feel like ur there at all. Instructors are great but not worth the price tag tbh

could not adjust the seat height. after a couple of weeks the repair man came to fix it. could not fix it - had to order more parts. its been 4 weeks and still not working.

Love my cycle! Great workout! There are a wide variety of programs to choose. A lot of fun! Bring a towel!

Great product. Easy assembly. Just be sure you have help because this thing is heavy.

I've been eyeing an at-home bike for the last year. I'm someone who researches things for months before making a decision, so I wanted to make sure I was making the right investment. I ultimately landed on the S22i (I bought it through the NordicTrack website) and wanted to use it for over a month before I left a review on my experience. The good: I opted to put the bike together myself rather than pay for in-home assembly, and it was fairly easy to assemble. It took my husband and me less than an hour. The bike itself is great quality, stable, and I'm so glad I opted for the model with the bigger screen. I love that it tilts and can be turned around for workouts off the bike. It has a small tray that fits my phone perfectly and has room for two water bottles. It comes with 3lb weights included (every other bike I looked at charged extra for them). The fact that trainers can adjust your resistance and incline for you is MAGIC. You can obviously override their adjustments, but I love that they make the adjustments for me and I can just focus on working. It makes me feel like I'm really following along with them. The library of classes that come with ifit are great. I love that they have the studio classes and the outdoor classes as well. It's nice to mix things up with different classes, and they have bike rides in some pretty amazing locations all over the world. The bad: During times of high usage, the software can be glitch-y. I've noticed this more recently (since everyone is staying home for COVID-19), with the Leaderboard not loading or workouts not saving. This has only happened a handful of times over the last month. The experience between my bike, the iFit app, and the iFit website is not great. I can view and schedule workouts from the bike, but learning more information about them on the app or on the website is difficult or non-existent. I know they've pushed big updates to the app recently which has helped, but I feel their website needs help. Overall, I love the s22i bike. I'm a runner, so riding on this bike has been a fun challenge for me that has provided a noticeable difference in my overall fitness. I love the classes, which I feel are challenging and motivating. The trainers have great energy and coaching and I'm happy I invested in this bike- my husband and I use it every day.

Amazing how bad Nordictrack's service is. The bike broke after two weeks of riding. It's been almost three weeks since then and after long waits on hold, terribly slow responses on chat, the bike is still unusable. Today, a Monday, I connected on chat at 1 pm CST, and the chat abruptly ended saying please connect during regular hours which are 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday CST. Unbelievable. If I don't receive the spare part in a week, I'm returning the bike to Best Buy before the free return date expires. Buy Peloton. A friend bought Peloton and she loves it.

Bought the bike last year, direct from NordicTrack. It works well. I also use Zwift on bike mounted trainer. The bike works as advertised, The variety of programs are engaging and varied (spin classes, weight work outs, yoga and just bike rides). My whole family (2 adult children at home) enjoy it as well. I do find the resitance a bit light for myself (I am an experienced strong cyclist). You can adjust this internally, but it take some effort. I did and I am happier with the range. Initially it felt like there was no resitance b/n steps 1 and 8 (tested by timing and there was only a drop of 1/2 rotation in the same time it took to stop spininng up to step 7, 8 didn't free spin as long and was a 1 full rotation less. Step 9 the resistance is actually noticeable. It is interally adjustable, quite easily, but getting at it is an effort. Set it so the change in effort is noticable at step 4. Really, really love the potential of the raising and lower front end. Makes the "actual bike rides" you can do very engaging. Built in fans are a super feature as well. The system connected to both Airpods and my non-apple earbuds well. The music cost it a 1/4 star. If you are ordering this after trying a trainer you mount your bike on, be aware the way this is built does not allow you to coast. You can NOT abruptly stop pedalling! You have to move the pedals and slow down (or use the brake). This applies to all "Spin bike" style exercise bikes. If you are thinking of getting this style of bike I recommend going to a gym that has "Spin Bikes" and ask to just try pedalling one so it really makes sense. So why only 4 stars? I had couldn't use it to its full potential. The "Rides" you can do are amazing, as I said and the raise and lower feature makes even better but.... The handle bars move up and down (pretty much straight, BUT they have not fore / aft adjustments because of the screen. ALL of these style of bikes with the mounted screen have only up & down handle bar adjustment. So ALL of the fit for reach (how far you sit from the handle bar) is controlled at the seat. If you are up to 5'10" (178cm) (my one daughters height) you are just ok. If you are over 6 feet (182) your start ending up way back on from the pedals (which if you cycle regularly feel horrid) and when you stand to pedal your knees get close to the bars, mine actually just graze them (35in inseam) when the bike is flat. The minute the front end raises I can't stand. So yeah, the best feature of the machine is useless to me. Of note the new versions of this bike use the a nearly identical frame just bigger screens.

Bike is really good and we all use it. Very quiet. One item I wish it had was an ethernet port. It is only wireless.

I’ll start with the good. On the surface, this is a really good bike that has a lot of features that aren’t offered by competitors. However, software glitches happen frequently and it’s not uncommon for the workout to shutoff in the middle of the ride. Outside of the tech glitches, there seems to be a lot of quality issues with the bikes itself. Mine started making a terrible noise after 5 months and eventually needed a repair. This is when the true nightmare begins. The customer service is handled by Icon Fitness. I originally called to get the bike fixed and they had me do a quick video call to diagnose the problem. This was actually kind of cool at first and seemed efficient. After they determined what the problem was they sent me the parts and arranged for a repair company to call me to set up an appointment once the parts were in. I got the part within a week and was able to schedule a repair for the following week. Within 2 mins of the repairman looking at the bike he was able to determine that we didn’t have the right parts. I had to call icon again to complain and they said they would expedite getting me the new parts and scheduling the repair. However, all of the parts they needed to repair the bike were out of stock (shocker!). So now I’ve just been waiting forever the past 3 weeks while the parts show up one at a time in the mail. I still only have 3/4 parts needed and the repair hasn’t been scheduled. I’m going on 1.5 months without being able to use the bike and the only thing that has been offered to me is a one month extension on my warranty. Do yourself a favor and buy a Peloton. I wish I did.

Great bike, very enjoyable workout experience.....still keeps me motivated on those cold days outside.
