Have been using this platform for over a year and have used all of the features, programs, and have put the bike fully through its paces. In general, it is a good platform and provides a unique experience over its competitors, particularly now that it offers both recorded and live activities throughout the world and studio. The incline/decline feature adds realism to the trails that the instructors take in their global rides and there is now a feature where the rider can dial up or dial down resistance that is applied to the rest of the ride. I found that feature to be a bit buggy in that when I began other rides, I was immediately put in the highest level of resistance, even during warm-ups. NordicTrack has also added a music service with different channels that play during the rides. I would suggest only that the music is also available when the bike stops at the end of a workout for use during stretching and recovery. The software crashes from time to time, particularly with back-to-back rides but also some of the longer rides. Would love to see a post-mount seat as opposed to a rail-mounted seat. This would provide more options for comfortable seats. Overall happy with the bike and work through the other issues. Unlike some of the reviewers here, I found tech support fairly responsive and useful.

Literally 4 days after the standard warranty ended my bike stopped inclining/declining to follow the programs. I called customer service and on hold for over an hour and no answer. I emailed them. 1 week to two week reply time for over two months to help me with what to do and problem still not solved. Spend the extra money and get something else.

I received this bike in May and assembled it. It seems to work fine EXCEPT the tension is off. I have tried to contact Nordic Track but I end up on and endless hold and I cannot get through. On my iFit rides I have to manually do the tension as my bike's pedals are so hard to push. I think there is something wrong or needing some type of adjustment but I cannot get service. For over $2,000 I am quite frankly ticked off.

I received my bike in mid January and it worked for two weeks before the right pedal fell off because of a defective crank arm. It took two and a half months to get a NordicTrack technician over to fix it. Then two weeks later the bike wouldn’t power on due to a bad controller, and another few weeks to get the technician back to fix that. Two weeks after that, the left pedal started slipping and now the drive belt has to be replaced--two weeks later and I called to follow up on when it would be fixed and it turns out they never submitted the work order. Over $2,000 for a bike that has worked for about five weeks out of the six months I’ve had it. The bike is obviously a lemon but I was told they won’t even consider a replacement. One of the worst purchases I’ve made and I wish I had spent a little more for the Peleton.

This was my second purchase (first was from amazon, arrived dead on arrival), this one was not tracking the metrics. I called Nordictrack and after taking apart much of the unit (tools not included) they said the sensor was bad and would need to be replaced by me. Unacceptable for such an expenseofe unit, however, Best Buy was wondering in returning.

Would have given 5 stars after first ride. Love the pedal feel and the virtual mountain bike ride workouts are amazing. Very loud noise developed after second ride. Knocks loudly on every rotation of the crank. Loud noise is very annoying and now have to take time off to be home for service technician. Quality now very much in question.

Do not buy! We bought this bike a little over 2 months ago and has been broke for a month + of that. The screen has failed and therefore the bike is a complete paper weight, since the entire bike is controlled by the screen (no resistance and the bike is stuck in the downward position). Nordick track is going to send us a screen but the screens are not available right now. Every time I call to check the status I’ve been told two more weeks. I’ve also been told that this is a common issue and also the main electrical board is also a potential failure. If you want a $2k paper weight than this is your dream come true.

Very durable equipment and I would recommend to a friend

don't buy, the tablet connected is really slow, and painful to transition. In addition to the fact that there's always something happening with the bikes, either the pedal, or something.

While it has cool features and rides silent, everytime it adjusts for incline it has a very loud grinding gears sound. It will typically annoy the entire house (yes, its that loud). Not impressed by the brand.
