    Terrible connectivity

    The bike itself is fine. The software connectivity is terrible. It endlessly reboots and buffers for very long periods of time so much so that is it useless. I have a very strong signal where it is located, but still continually acts up. Tech support is no help. The problem seems to be that it will not stay locked on one signal. It sees competing wifi signals from neighbors, cell phones, etc and it keeps bouncing around to them. The connectivity is definitely the issue. Do not buy until they fix the connectivity issues.

    Lasted two weeks before breaking

    Really upset. This bike broke after my wife and I used it for about two weeks. It’s now been sitting in the basement for probably close to a month while we wait for NordicTrack to even respond to us, then have parts sent to us, then supposedly a tech is supposed to come out at some point. Who knows when. Interestingly - they were SUPER responsive when we were looking to buy the bike.

    Quality isnt there. Wobbles

    I tested this bike out on 3 occasions and found that when you are going all out the bike wobbles from side to side and on one bike it was making scratching noises on the spinning wheel. I ended up going with the Peloton bike because it didn't have these issues. Peloton also has a much more established on-demand library.

    Ridiculous service

    I’d love to be able leave a review about the bike but I can’t even get Best Buy to deliver the bike that I ordered and paid for. I must have talked to ten different people and nobody knows anything. Definitely think twice before buying yours from here.

    Never worked from day one. After one stupid attempt at fixing it, now I’m waiting on a console with no ETA since out of stock. I’m disputing it on my credit card and they need to be sued.

    Opened box and half the bike is missing turns out there should have been two boxes. No crank no main bike frame no no handle.
