Best Buy had the best price for this bike. I chose pickup. It was at the warehouse the day after I ordered it. love my Nordic Track bike. I’m motivated to exercise.

Absolutely love my NordicTrack! I would definitely recommend changing out the seat and the pedals for clip on cycling shoes but that’s a small and manageable issue. Had a slight problem screwing in bolts due to one or two of them not lining up completely (resolved but running bolt through before attaching ). Small issues with Bluetooth connectivity but I just haven’t messed with that too much because I like to blare the speakers anyway. Love the outdoor ride. Definitely recommend My only pet peeve is there is no on or off switch Must be disconnected every time but I suppose a surge protector can help with that

I have the s22i and love it. I like that I can rotate the screen to do the other workouts like strength training and yoga. love the large screen. Great bike.

What's not to love? This bike is very sturdy and built to take a beating. The visuals are so good, you feel like you're there with the instructor

I really enjoy this bike. To be honest the iFIT subscription (which came 1 year free with the bike) is not my fav- I find the instructors to take way to much and they are kind of annoying I prefer to use the bike on manual mode. I really enjoy this bike however I don’t like that there is no power button. You have to plug and unplug the bike every time you use It which is just tedious and feels like an abrupt way to turn off the unit.

Love the screen, definitely helps motivate to go harder.

Just own for last 30 days, used 4-5 days weeks and between 1:00-1:30 minutes each day and so far I loving it! Great 22" touch screen and ifit instructors are very helpful since they are leading in front of you with instructions and their personal stories. I love it can go down 10% and up 20% and enhance with real time with trainers. I feel like that I'm their with them. Also I love a fan function to cool me down so I can work out longer. So far I'm loving it!

Absolutely love this bike. It was easy to navigate the wide variety of workouts with the 22" touchscreen. Also have the app on my cell phone and a reference on my laptop. Nice to have all 3. The seat needed a little getting used to. Bike shorts helped a lot. What really impressed me was the solid construction. IFIT provides an endless supply of workouts! I also use the strength training and the Yoga. So happy I got it.

IIc am so pleased with the bike. Just wish the weights were a bit heavier and the seat was more comfortably

I love the idea of the iFit trainer workouts, and briefly loved this bike. In fact, I rode it every day for over a month. But after a software update, what seemed like a tolerable video glitch became worse, and eventually untenable. Since day one, the video feed stuttered every 10 seconds or so. At first it seemed a minor annoyance to endure during workouts. Eventually, it became an extended freeze in both video and audio, and ultimately a black screen causing a complete stop mid ride. After weeks of chats and emails, I’m left with no solution to multiple incomplete rides despite having a 200 Mbps cable internet connection and a modern router. Every other device on my network (phones, tablets, pcs, Rokus) can stream content without issue, including iFit workout videos. But not this bike. Tech support had me reinstall software that is already up to date, disable automatic date updates only to enable it again a week later, and had me run an iPhone network snooping app (2 stars on the App Store) that created a broadcast storm on my network, blocking my phone and requiring a reboot of my router, network and phone. To date they have not provided any specific parameters or network requirements that are not met by my network. Now it’s been three weeks since I was told they would “check with their team” for a resolution. Multiple requests to escalate the case or discuss a replacement or refund have received no response. I read a few bad reviews before I purchased, but I dismissed them. I wish I would have heeded. There is something not right about the software/hardware in this bike. When my router shows an 886 Mbps link rate to my phone held 6” from the bike, which shows 7 Mbps link rate from the same router, less than 10’ away in the same room, something is simply not right. I have tried multiple routers, access points, set isolated SSID’s, used 5.0 GHz and 2.4 GHz and set various channels with no improvement in performance. Given that customer service has not responded to multiple requests to replace my product, I’m led to believe my issues are not unexpected or unheard of to them. I suggest you skip purchasing this bike and take up running; start by running away from any product sold by NordicTrack or iFit.

This is the neatest bike I've ever had. It is totally awesome. Love the features. The iFit trainers and all. Comes with one free year of training and I'm just amazed that the bike goes up and down like I'm really going up hills and the tension changes. New radio stations. Well worth the investment

This review is for the bike only: Best Buy was great though out the purchase and return process. Ok, so the only good; The ifit interactive is very good. I did enjoy the scenic rides and classes. The bad: This bike is nowhere near the quality you would expect for the cost of the bike. The ugly: The overly heavy screen wobbles a good 2 to 3 inches in both directions when you are in a hard ride (like standing). I guess this doesn’t bother some as I did not see it in any reviews. The bike flexes in the “fork” not at a connection, so I just feel there is going to be a lot of metal fatigue and we will see cracks and brakes on this design in the next couple of years. Please don’t let anyone get hurt.

We love this Nordictrack Bike. We also own the treadmill and have had no issues.
