The s22i is a great exercise bike. Easy to use....

Love the operation of the cycle. I have not started the 1 year IFIT membership until I have experience with the manual operation equipment. I was disappointed that only 1 the embedded training rides was accessible without the IFIT enabled.

The pedal broke off and stripped the crank arm on the 6th ride in less than 2 weeks. Now I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for the part to arrive. The technician won’t schedule the appt until I receive the part and then said he’s scheduling a month out. I plan to fix it myself when the part comes in instead of waiting for the technician. Looking on the Facebook page, it seems that issues are common. I’ve debated just returning it but figure I will take advantage of the extended holiday return period. Overall really liked it until it the pedal broke off.

Different from what was expected. Not a lot of diverse workouts or exercises available on ifit. Seat hurts. Will continue to give it a try. Short and Have lower back stiffness so it’s not the easiest to climb on. Quality is ok. Would help if seat were made a little bigger and the foot holders were a little sturdier. Like that it’s silent. It comes with barbells.

Im an avid roadbike cyclist that needed a break from Zwift. I looked into the peleton but discovered the S22i and i have to say I'm very impressed. I enjoy the live classes, the workouts , Ted Talks everything that I FIT has to offer. I highly recommend this exercise bike .

First time purchase of a bike and I Love this bike! Not a big deal to step up. Heavy, great display and the fan is a plus. There are so many options I don’t know if anyone could get bored with their workouts. I’m over 50 and I need more motivation than a treadmill. I don’t dread working out.

It’s a sturdy piece of exercise equipment. I love the fact that I can visit a certain country and bike down the road thru beautiful scenery as I exercise. It’s entertaining and keeps your mind of the fact that you are exercising.

Bike is great. The assembly takes some time due to how heavy the bike is. It helps to have a second person. Once put together, the machine is a lot of fun. I would also watch a video on setting up your seat and handle height so you can ride comfortably.

I purchased this bike on July 3, 2021 and it was installed on Monday July 12, 2021. I rode the bike on Monday and notice the front of the bike was very wobbly. As an experienced cyclist I knew something was wrong. I tried again on Tuesday and Wednesday and it was extremely wobbly that I did not want to take a chance and ride the bike again. The bike was installed by Best Buy. I took a good look at the bike and noticed that the screws on the bike were not properly installed. I called Best Buy numerous twice before finally securing an appointment for today, Friday July 16, 2021. The two technicians just left my home and they are unable to fix the bike as the way the bike was installed the first time was not done correctly and now the various screws to secure the bike do not work. To say I am upset is putting it lightly. I have done indoor spinning for numerous years and was looking forward to experience the joy of owning this bike and now I am extremely disappointed. I hope that Best Buy can send me a brand new bike and send technicians who know how to install this bike correctly. Thank God I kept the box in my garage. I will update this review when my issue is resolve. Lesson learn - demand installation from technicians who are familiar in installing the bike.

Best purchase ever. The I fit programs are amazing. Challenging workouts. The Warrenty through nordictrack is awesome as well. The bike was missing a piece during delivery and they were quick to send a new one. Beyond happy with this purchase.

I purchased this bike in 2022, a year after purchased the screen went black after an upgrade was done by IFIT. I tried to use the extended warranty from Best Buy the geek squad was not able to fix it, i will not buy another fittnes equipment from Norditrack at Best Buy

So good so far. The ability for this bike to go up and down in conjunction with what is happening f on the screen is was sets this bike apart! Setup and operation was easy.

Great option to the Peloton. All the best features expected in a bike of this quality and the price is decent for what you get. The iFit app makes it that much more useful. All in all, if you are looking for an exercise bike that has it all, look no further!

Great bike - i like how it adjusts slope while riding which makes it feel more realistic too. WIfe also likes it - comes with a free year of ifit service.

Looks like a great exercise bike at a good price. Unfortunately, I was unable to set up an install of it by Geek Squad after nearly a mont of trying. Ultimately I am having Best Buy pick it up for a full refund

The seat is very uncomfortable and for the amount of money paid, it should have a good seat without having to purchase one for comfort.
