Best. Purchase. Ever. We use it every day. The large screen is SO worth it. Love the fans to keep us cool during workouts. Quality is exceptional. IFit subscription is the best value exercise plan we’ve ever had, and they do offer discounts during certain times of the year to renew at a lower rate. I can’t say enough about how great this treadmill is. We love it.

At this time I'm rating my NordicTrack with five stars. Great Machine, Good Workout Abilities. Would recommend the Commercial X32i because the incline/decline. Fascinating workouts throughout the world with iFit. For me I'm not concentrating on the workout as much, with listening to the iFit instructors, which helps me reach my goals.

we love this machine. We really enjoy the live workouts and the ability to "run" in different parts of the world. We are getting in shape and create a vacation wish list at the same time.

Unfortunately the running platform did not work very well and it would not get calibrated. Called NordicTrack and after 3 weeks they sent the parts to get them replaced. This is a very expensive machine to be dealing with repairs since day one. I returned the item to the store.

Very irritated! The only thing my husband wanted for Christmas! Researched for weeks and finally decided on the NordicTrack X32i. Had it delivered and set up. Beautiful screen and product. BUT it wouldn't work at ALL!! Connected to wifi no issue but wouldn't connect to the app on my phone and it wouldn't run or incline in the set up mode. I and the installers worked on it for almost 2 hours!! Nothing! Installer found it had a broken wire so they had to leave it, in hopes that we could exchange it. NOPE! Best Buy tells me they are sold out! GREAT! They have them in other areas though but they won't transfer them. So no treadmill! Had to arrange to have it returned and wait (and hope) I get my full refund! And no Christmas present for my hubby!

Great product - but no heart rate monitor included! Sometimes blue tooth connection problems otherwise fantastic experience!!

We love this treadmill!!! Moderate footprint. Super cushioned platform. The iFit app is great and we love the programming. We travel quite a bit and have used a lot of treadmills. I’m so glad we made the investment to own this one.

I love this NordicTrack X32i Incline Trainer! The 32" screen and 40% incline are fabulous! I have been an iFit member for a few years and love the workouts! Thank you Best Buy for an amazing sale price!

After a few lessor treadmills, I am glad we are back to a quality machine that can stand the test of time. Love the cushioning and the absence of motor noise is awesome. No need to turn up the volume.

Over 2 months since purchase and I still can't use it. The unit can't be assembled due to manufacturing defects. Multiple parts have been sent. NordicTrack/Icon Service tech came out once. I have to schedule for tech to come out again. I have to follow up with NordicTrack/Icon Service or things don't progress. My suggestion is if your unit doesn't work and you're in the return window then return it. From my experience NordicTrack is looking for the cheapest option to fix warranty issues without concern for how long it takes. They could have sent me a new one over a month ago. If you must have it you can order a new one after yours is returned. P.S. My waistline has only increased during this time of incompetence. Normally I would blame myself for a swelling belly but this time I blame you NordicTrack. Thanks...thanks a lot.

The whole family loves the treadmill. It makes working out fun. It gets used everyday. Best Buy was, by far the best deal with the free shipping and points.
