Unhappy as the tension on this bike is extremely difficult for my wife. Having a tech come out to fix and it’s been over 2 weeks since initial request and no feedback on when I can expect to hear from or have a tech visit?? A terrible $1000 purchase to this point

I bought this bike for my father. He had it for less than a month. It came with a hole in the cover and not only that but it also had its BELT rip. DO NOT BUY. CHEAP PARTS. BAD MANUFACTURING. IT'S A HASSLE TO GET IT FIXED BECAUSE IT'S SO HEAVY.

NordicTrack bike is good quality. Disappointed that the IFit gift card that came with the bike was for 1 year, but when I registered the card, it said it was no longer valid and only available for 1 month.
