I am so frustrated, this may be the first review I've ever written. I got this before COVID-19, and it worked like a CHAMP! I even posted on Instagram out of affection. You need to give yourself time to try new workouts to see what works for you, but this worked for me like a 5-star wonder! AT FIRST. The machine's internal pulley system is possibly complex, and after a while my workouts were fighting unwanted friction, I was losing cable extension, and eventually had to start modifying workouts to avoid one of the cables. For FIVE WEEKS I've been trying to get support, and received basically radio silence. As a 6'2" athlete in a traffic-saturated environment, this machine and a set of adjustable dumbells was nearly everything I needed. Until it wasn't. For this price, I expect better support, and a better supported app.

Buyer beware! I bought this product in August of 2020, it has been repaired over 10 times and replaced 3 times! NordicTrack is actually giving me my money back. Great idea and concept, poor execution! Also bought the spin bike, another headache, NordicTrack customer service is extremely poor!

The Fusion CST offers a tremendous range of workouts benefitting cardio and strength. I entirely concur with reviews that highlight the endurance and overall strength building of this exciting new technology. Occasional very short video buffering can occur for the iFIT sessions, as you might with your own computer - but not an issue at all. I would recommend checking the WiFi settings for the tablet, and consider enhancing your service as a brother of mine for a difficult spot in his house if needed.

This is a terrible machine. There is a flaw with the machine where cords twist inside making it difficult to use the lower right pulley until you take the back off and untwist the cords - after every exercise that uses them. Two different repairmen claimed this was an engineering defect as they should have found a way to prevent this. Needless to say, it has been in repair more than usable. The tablet is bad as well but that is a minor consideration if the machine doesn't work. NordicTrack Customer support is poor and the company doesn't back up its equipment.

Do not purchase this equipment. Nordictrack and their service provider (Icon) have some of the worst customer support of any modern company I have worked with. I scheduled a service for my equipment as the cables are now binding which prevents full extension of the pulleys. They charged me $150 and the service provider never showed up. Also, the tablet provided with the equipment is complete garbage.

Video buffering issues are killing every workout. After researching this problem, it's not only the CST but iFit's other products as well. I've been going back and forth with their customer service (which is horrible). Their servers are on overload especially if you try and workout during peak hours.

I wold give it zero stars if possible. One side has no resistance at all. They didn't want to honor the free 12 month card. Ifit has no work outs for this device. Pairing does not work. This is the second piece of work equipment from Nordictrack that i have bought that hasn't worked, and I have only bought 2.
