Wonderful exercise equipment. The year of iFit that comes with this is perfect-- I was able to learn proper rowing form taking the introductory rowing classes on the iFit application. Easy to assemble. I use the tablet that came with the unit for both exercise and also just as a standard tablet where I read books, guitar tabs, etc. Good options for levels of resistance for a beginner. Best Buy pick up was also easy and efficient (picked up directly from a warehouse location). Would highly recommend!

This is a really good bike for exercising. Great features and comfortable to use. For the peixe it cant be beat.

I've only had the rower for a month, but the setup instructions are very clear and everything works as it should. Syncing the tablet that came with it (not shown in the item photo) is simple. It also came with a free 1-year subscription to iFit-- Account activation was a little frustrating, but I was finally successful. All in all, I'm very happy with the rower.

Great rowing machine but it came faulty (something in the fan/wheel area is off-kilter) and NordicTrack service has been useless. I used my machine for about 2 months before it started making awful scraping and clicking noises. By the 3rd month it was unbearable so I called NordicTrack. The sent me a basic video on how to take the rower apart to look at the fan and see if it was crooked but I can't get it open cause the video doesn't match up to my machine and I'm bordering on having to pry it open which I don't believe I should have to do as I may break the rower.

I did my research before purchasing this row machine and felt good about purchasing NordicTrack but this thing has needed repairs twice now and I haven't even had it a year - nor have I used it that much. First I was having issues with it making squeaky noises while using it. Called support and they sent me two new wheel blades to put on. I now have to become an expert row machine repair woman! That didn't fix it but I decided to just deal. A few weeks after that, I plug it in to workout and the tension motor is non stop clicking - called support again and I'm told it's broke and needs to be replaced. They send a new one and now I have to call again and setup a tech to install it. And every time I have to call NordicTrack support, it's a long wait. Their online chat does not work. Wishing I hadn't spent money on this.

Perfect rower for exercise. It folds up and fits nicely in the corner of our house when not in use. The display extension for the tablet seems to be the only inconvenience when it comes to making it compact. I suggest extending the warranty offered by NordicTrack. I say this because they offer no cost repairs, and only after a few months, I can see that the wear and tear due to use will need to be addressed within the next year.

Overall quality seems very good and the interactive aspect helped keep us engaged. Very happy with it overall.

Easy to set up. You'll get a great workout. The tablet is really helpful. All in all, worth the money.

Let me start by saying I do not like exercise. I've struggled to find something I enjoy & will stick to until I found this rower. I LOVE this thing! It's so easy to use, folds up against the wall nicely, but the tablet and programs you can use with it were the real selling point for me & why I've not been bored yet. I can row literally anywhere in the world & it's amazing!

Very nice machine for the price good quality and easy to use

The NordicTrack rower is perfect for the location I put it in - loft area near the wall. It is a sturdy and well built machine and took about 20 minutes to put together (mostly by myself). Instructions are clear and easy to follow with part number and step outlined in the parts pack. Inside delivery was included and the BestBuy team was great.

Great price from Best Buy with free delivery. The average mind can put this machine together. The iFit Compass is a great additional tool for workouts, also. The only problem is that the minimum resistant setting is still too high. It does have magnetic & manual options but even when they're both at minimum is still delivers a lot of resistance. There is NOT a notable difference with the 26 resistant settings. They may well have an option for medium, more & a lot! It's too bad! Otherwise it's a great machine. Returning it to test drive some other options.

Seems like good value; I like the bluetooth connections for heart monitor and tablet. Gives me a good workout!

super nice rower, seat could be a little more comfortable, but overall very happy with my purchase.

Only 4 workouts done but so far very pleased. I wish i had a larger flat screen for the monitor but i didnt want to pay the extra for that. Otherwise happy with the machine. Wish that since the tablet bluetooths to the monitor for the stats that it would play music through the internal speakers by bluetooth but it doesn't or i havent figured it out yet.

DO NOT BUY THIS. It's hard, but definitely look for a workout machine that is NOT integrated with iFit. After signing up for iFit (as required by Norditrack to use this rower) via Google API integration, I quickly realized iFit does NOT support Google integration on their all-important app. This means that signing up for an iFit account via Google renders all iFit apps functionally useless, as you can't change your password (since the account was created through Google integration) thus rendering any credits or money you paid towards iFit lost. If I'd checked ahead of time I would have seen that the iFit app, which is Norditrack's primary way of communicating to customers, has terrible reviews -- not that I can use it, anyway, of course. If Norditrack cared about customer experience they would dump iFit as their integrator....or at a minimum demand basic competency. It's 2022 and secure mobile app integration is not a selling point but a requirement.

This is my first rower and so far I am happy with it. Quality seems to be good. The machine provides good work out and companion iFit app defiantly makes work out process much more enjoyable.

Perfect low impact exercise, quiet but strenuous. Good for slimming down core and upper arm area. Don’t need all the fancy screens because just watch tv when using anyway.
