Barely purchased, and a clicking sound emanates from under the seat when any weight is on it while rowing. No clicking sound, when no weight is on it. Called the iFit customer service team, and after being on the phone 2 hours, they want to charge $150 for tech to come out. (1 star for the charge).

Wife loves it. Did tons of research. I value quality products. It’s perfect for a home gym and has commercial gym quality feeling.

Only had it for a week but it’s been great! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of no instructions included. Used the BILT app on phone to put the rower together. Highly recommend using the app anyways.

This rowing machine has changed my family’s life. We all enjoy using it. Our youngest family member is 10, and she enjoys it as well. a It’s easy to use and folds away if we need the space.

Rower’s in general are a good workout. These Nordictraks use a very cheap glide seat. One week into use, the seat makes a god-awful clicking sound and the movement is not smooth at all. The sound is louder than my noise canceling headphones can cancel out which is both distracting and a real deterrence to working out.

The 1 year free ifit for the family is a great value. I love this machine. I like running but needed something less impactful and this did it for me.

Incredibly easy to set-up and use. Have seen major results in just a few weeks - not sure why I had not taken advantage of a rower previously.

Great machine for home use but very difficult to figure out how to activate ifit membership.

After researching rowers we thought this would best suit our needs and the NordicTrack RW500 did not disappoint. We have multiple NordicTrack machines and all have held up well with extended use and the IFit program extends to most products so its a "no brainer" if your already paying for the service. Best Buy had the best delivery terms during the holiday season and was able to arrange delivery within a 2 day window from ordering.

awesome exercise machine, it’s easy to use and have a price accurate and seriously, the entire body is working.

First one arrived in a damaged box didn’t pick up from store after seeming the packaging / second your feet steps don’t really adjusted and third the IFit isn’t User friendly for the first install part ie accessing and establish account for use ! But still a good product so far.

The machine itself works great! However, the tablet does not sync correctly. The machine reads one distance and the tablet reads another. Off by about 20%.
