    I bought a treadmill which needs to be replaced by other one. The customer service are great polite and helpful in scheduling the delivery and installation in this difficult season. The technician today are knowledgeable and install it fast. I really recommend Best Buy service

    I've had my NordicTrack T 6.5 S for 15 years. This is one tough treadmill. I am replacing it because I've just worn mine out. I will of course buy it again.

    I purchased a treadmill on November 30, 2024, and scheduled multiple delivery attempts. However, each delivery was automatically canceled on the scheduled day. Despite this, I was still charged a delivery fee of $29.99 on December 6, December 13, and December 25. What happened to Best Buy's service?
