    Its an older model treadmill. Even says you can connect you IPOD to the 3.5 mm jack. I dont have an ipod, so the speakers are useless. When you look at the picture in the advertisement, they have “Use with IPOD” blurred out.

      We are sorry to hear that this treadmill isn’t meeting your full expectations. Any device can be used with the speakers on the console through the 3.5 mm jack. An adapter cable may be necessary with the 3.5 mm jack to connect newer devices to the speakers.

    Disappointed in pik-up/delivery options from this store. I purchased the item with the option to pick up in-store. No one was willing to assist with loading the unit into my large SUV (they tried to gather up a few store clerks, who clearly were not prepared to load the unit), and so I was forced to rebook the purchase to include a $99 delivery fee. To add to my dsappointment, the item is now on sale ($120 off), with a delivery option of $29. Why the huge discrepancy in delivery fee? Not what I expected for 'Plus' membership.

    Purchased in November of 2024. Have had 4 assembly appointments and they send truck drivers. No one has yet to assembly properly or repair mistakes by 3rd party contractors.

    Great treadmill for the house. Quality is very good and has all of the options we need. It’s probably best for walking versus longer runs. We love it. Would recommend. Putting it together is a little tricky. Definitely have a second person available to assist.

    I've had my NordicTrack T 6.5 S for 15 years. This is one tough treadmill. I am replacing it because I've just worn mine out. I will of course buy it again.

    I purchased a treadmill on November 30, 2024, and scheduled multiple delivery attempts. However, each delivery was automatically canceled on the scheduled day. Despite this, I was still charged a delivery fee of $29.99 on December 6, December 13, and December 25. What happened to Best Buy's service?
