Have tried all the re-calibration steps and completed one call to tech support. Now waiting on a return call for them to supposedly send a technician out but not holding my breath. Dreading having to deal with return as I assume since unboxed and all assembled that wont be an easy process. Cant recommend just because at this point its just a useless pile of junk.

The box was unfortunately missing the cup holders. I have called and called and called, countless hours trying to obtain the missing pieces. If you need support with your product. Good luck.

Even says you can connect you IPOD to the 3.5 mm jack. I dont have an ipod, so the speakers are useless. When you look at the picture in the advertisement, they have “Use with IPOD” blurred out.

We are sorry to hear that this treadmill isn’t meeting your full expectations. Any device can be used with the speakers on the console through the 3.5 mm jack. An adapter cable may be necessary with the 3.5 mm jack to connect newer devices to the speakers.

I purchased the item with the option to pick up in-store. No one was willing to assist with loading the unit into my large SUV (they tried to gather up a few store clerks, who clearly were not prepared to load the unit), and so I was forced to rebook the purchase to include a $99 delivery fee. To add to my dsappointment, the item is now on sale ($120 off), with a delivery option of $29. Why the huge discrepancy in delivery fee? Not what I expected for 'Plus' membership.

4 Tries and still no install/assembly a month late

Nightmare to get this order correct

It’s probably best for walking versus longer runs. We love it. Would recommend. Putting it together is a little tricky. Definitely have a second person available to assist.
