It's pretty basic but it's all i needed plus it's small enough to fit into a small section in my basement next to my weight bench.

I’m currently using it without the iFIT app which is optional for use of the machine. Incremental speed buttons help instantly change the pace of my run.

I like to just be able to hop on and have the machine chart a course with warmup/cooldown and speed and elevation changes without me having to pay attention to it. The machine itself has absolutely nothing pre-programmed and requires everything to run through a paid app. The app itself doesn't work well and is frustrating to make work every time I want to work out. As far as I can tell there are no default workouts that work without a paid subscription, so I don't know where the number 50 in the specifications came from. Otherwise it's a fine treadmill. It's solid and steady and the motor feels powerful. It would be nice if it had an actual water bottle holder.

Great treadmill for the price

I go walking on it and jog every single day. The only thing I would change is that I feel it shaking when I run, it's not very sturdy from the side handles. If they could make those a little sturdier so that they don't shake when I'm running, that would be great.
