Product was misrepresented as a full encryption software for my computer and it is not. Now I have wasted money on a product I don't need. It prevents most websites I work with from opening and I have to keep it disabled.

The product does what it made to do which was hide identifying information about your web browser. It does this by routing all you do through another server. Unfortunately, there is a penalty for doing this, less speed in internet browsing. The documentation claims no more than 30%. My testing showed more like 40%.

So far so good, it is easy to enable or disable by going through settings, or the app itself. Occasionally, it complains about having too many traffic and asks you to do a picture pick to double check you are not a robot. Annoying, but tolerable.

I can't really tell if it is working to keep me safer. However, it will not let me visit certain benign sites, and I have to turn it off to visit my usual sites. Therefore, it must be doing something. It also slows down my browsing slightly.
