    Had 2 sent out both defective=replacement. Replacement hard to return. Best Buy stated There Daily Deal from private merchant,cant return to store and having hard time to get returned. Even bought GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION and still nothing but trouble to get my return and credit. Worse experience with a product EVER!

    Bought this on a Deal of the Day. It is smaller than I was used to for these units, but I went ahead and bought it anyway. Very nice, would buy again. Perhaps the best feature is the attention to detail on the logs, which adds considerably to the ambiance. The fan is relatively quiet, and the two heat settings work as expected. The casing is plastic rather than metal, but it is a very nice dull finish and has the look of an older pot-belie stove. Overall, great.

    Great little heater. Although I knew the dimensions, it looks quite small in a room. I would not have bought this item at $200...far too much for what it is. It's cute though. At $100, I would recommend to others.

    This thing heats well even on low. Haven't had to use high yet. The look of the embers and flames exceeded my expectations. Nice just to stare at lol. For $99 it is a bargain, not to mention the free shipping ! Uses two 40 watt appliance bulbs (included). Doesnt get warm on top or sides at all.

    HAVE TO ADMIT I WASN'T SURE ABOUT THIS WHEN I SAW WARRANTY WAS ONLY FOR 30 DAYS. MOST ARE 1 YEAR OR BETTER. WITH THAT SAID; I PURCHASED FOR MY BEDROOM AND PLACED IT ON TOP OF A CABINET SO THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO ENJOY THE FIREPLACE EFFECT. IT IS PERFECT FOR ME AND LOOKS GREAT TOO.

    Pulled it out of the box, plugged it in, and it won't even turn on. Getting no power at all. Very disappointed!! Will return and get something else.
