Did not work out of the box.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased online and crossed my fingers that it would make it in time for our huge Christmas Eve family gathering. It showed up days before, washed the chafing dishes and lids, marveled at the beauty of the thing. Christmas Eve. Busy as a one armed paper hanger, cooking,baking and cleaning. Family arrives and we put the appetizers out, plug in the hot plate and........... nothing!!!!!!! WTH. Tried another outlet...... nope. DOA. The first and last time I buy and Don't test it before the big day. Hey Quality Control...... you like cold appetizers ?
