Plug it in and go. Easy to use and quick. As far as I've found though, no off switch, it's either plugged in or not otherwise I'd give it a 5.

I already own one of these and am buying a second as a gift. These things make it easy to enjoy quesadillas at home. I like to buy fajita meat, saute some red pepper and onion in olive oil, then build my own quesadillas with some shredded cheese. This device provides the perfect amount of crispiness, and it only takes 5 minutes after you have the lid closed. Well worth an impulse buy!

Good quessadlla maker. Works great good size and easy to use.

I like that you make quesadillas without adding much oil, just a little Pam. It doesn't make the indentations for the pockets, just colored lines. It does not seal the tortilla well; the cheese leaks out easily. If you try to leave it in long enough to get it crispy, all the cheese has leaked out by then.

The size was real choice as we have small cooking area. Good for students to use in dorms.

We love to use this to make quesadillas. It's fast and easy. I love how it makes a crease in the tortilla for cutting into pieces after its cooked. My only complaint would be the obvious... It can't go in dishwasher. It's very easy to put too much cheese on and then I have an overflow from it. it can be messy but it's easy to wipe up after its cooled down.
