    so laborious to clean the chocolate on the base since I cannot wash the base w/ water but still ok . great for party

    This chocolate fountain was a big success at a function that we had at my Church for the young and the young at heart. What a marvelous time we had with this and enjoyed by all, all the fruit was delicious with this chocolate.

    This is a great fondue maker for the price and easy to set up; however, if you don't have the right consistency of chocolate it becomes clogged easily. Even with right consistency the fall doesn't flow on all tiers.

    This item that I bought last year make a remarkable smile to kids birthday party and enjoy the taste of choco. This fondue fountain run without stop the flow of the choco for 2 hrs.I would highly recommend this item.

    I bought this item in plenty of time for my son's graduation party. It didn't work at all. It would not heat up. I lost 2 pounds of chocolate and all the things we were going to dip into it as well. It was a huge disappointment to not have this at the party. Best Buy wouldn't even refund my money because it was more than 2 weeks since I bought it. Don't waste your money. It was total junk. I will think twice before purchasing something from Best Buy as well.

    This is a very small unit without the power to circulate the chocolate for long periods of time. The bottom lip needs to be wider to catch drippings. This unit is very messy to use and clean up.
