    Product would not dispense the slushi. Tried different smounts of ice and liquid. Let it run for 8 mintues per instruction. Ice just kept turning inside of machine. Ended up returning product.

    so cheap & flimsy/ does not keep drink cold so its all melted

    Makes wonderful frozen drinks. The blending chamber does keep the mix cold, but after a couple hours, you will have to add more ice Extremely easy to clean. And easy enough to use after the first couple batches of learning.
