Creates shaved ice, which is great in drinks

Works for drinks just as well as for snow cones. Uses suction cups hold to counter top - so it's not easy to get a towel under unit to catch drips.

More of an ice chipper

I get the same results with a blender, and much better results with a food processor than with this one, but it is easy to use and easy to cleanup. Also, the included arm that holds the cone will barely hold an empty cup - better off just putting regular cups under it.

Wife Loves it

It took a little while to may for itself but it also allowed her to make one at any time. The only issue we have had was with finding the mix to add flavor.

Great for kids!

While it is safe for her to use, it only has 1 plastic cup with it and no starter syrups or flavors for the cones. So it was another trip to the store before she could use it.

Looks Sturdy

Looks quite sturdy. It is a gift for my grandson so will not know how well it works until after Christmas.
