used in a camp making snow cones for 20-30 kids worked great!

Our family loves this product. My kids have friends over all the time for snow cone parties. This is a huge hit.

I purchased this item for a birthday present, thinking we could have snow cones as a special bonus. Needless to say, the product would not shave ice (even after letting it "thaw" like instructions said). Also, when trying to shave the ice, the machine shook uncontrollably on the counter top. I was very disappointed.

Watching the grandkids use it makes my heart flutter..they are enjoying it so much..

I love my ice crusher it's a life saver for my grandkids.

IF you don't empty out the ice right away it continues to melt all over the counters. A little messy.

It's best to use a bowl instead of the snow cone cups that come with the product.

I'm a huge coca cola fan but it doesnt leave it like crushed iced or shaved ice. When u pour any fluid it evaporates it in secs ... waste of money

I bought two of these on Monday and they arrived today. They were ready to go, right out of the box. All I had to do was take the snow cone holder and attach it. I washed it out, then stuck it to the counter with the little suction cup feet on the bottom, and put a handful of ice in the hopper. It plowed through the ice and made a perfect snow cone! If you hold the cone right under the spout, the ice will go right in and at the end, you'll be able to pack it into a nice dome. I then made myself a nice 32 oz glass full of shaved ice with another handful of cubes and am enjoying that as I type this. It is loud, but hello, it is chopping ice! It is plastic, but again, it is $30!! I'm very pleased and looking forward to using these at my upcoming girls night out for daiquiri and margarita icees and for a school fundraiser to make snow cones!

It wouldn't even shave ice!!!! Would not recommend.

Nothing works as marketed. The lid to lock - hard to open once closed. It might even break at the very first instance of use. Cone has to be handheld (doesn't work as shown in the ads). Highly unlikely to recommend this to a friend.

The space to put the ice is to small so you put ice and a minute later you need to put more

I'd give this no stars if that were an option. This machine is a piece of garbage - save your money. It took 10 minutes to make about a tablespoon of crushed ice - also very loud. I returned it. You'd be better off with the old school snoopy crank sno-cone maker or better still use your blender.

This machine straight up reeks. Never been more disappointed with a kitchen gadget before. Buyer beware.

Very light and cheap looking unit. Did not work out of the box. Returned it for a refund.
