This timer came and it had been used. I think the got this timer back on a return and just sent it back out to someone else hoping they wouldn’t return it. Didn’t work I order a couple from amizon and the worked great.

Complete backwards. Why would you want to time when ur lights come on. I want to have them turn off at a certain time.

I’ve had no issues with this timer - does the job & lights are on at the right time. All digital timers these days are setup this same way to select how many hours per evening you want them on.
