Lacking movie magic

Given the current preoccupation with CG, there's never any sense that what you're seeing onscreen is anything more than special effects. Thus, the craftsmanship required for sleight-of-hand is unnecessary, and the spectacle that's left is empty: a feat performed by animators unbound by the laws of physics. "Now You See Me" is just such an example. The film itself has some amusing bits, but in the end it's nothing more than empty spectacle.

Okay, at best, poor 4k picture. DON'T BUY 4K DISK

An absolute bore

It's the only other movie since "Year One" that I wanted to walk out of. The movie "21" is much better in every regard.

Great movie, terrible digital experience
