Taking Back and waiting for the IQ Max

Excellent, I can hear again!

I could hear everything without needing to strain, it made the experience so much more enjoyable for everybody! These buds have changed my life, great quality sound and were much easier to setup than I expected. Great job Nuheara!

Worse than no help

My hearing is fading and I have trouble following conversations in places with a lot of background noise. These seemed like a great solution. The concept is fabulous, but it's all snake oil. I get no amplification of ambient sound and the "focus" setting that is supposed to minimize sounds coming from any direction except directly in front doesn't make any change at all. If I turn the volume up enough to detect ambient sound I get blasted with feedback. The only sound that is amplified is my own voice when I speak and that is disturbing. These perform better as ear plugs than as hearing enhancement. Nuhearha has promised a firmware fix, and I'll try that, but so far I am VERY underwhelmed with this product.
