Buy Bose headphones instead of nutty Nuro

Etc. If I could return them I would as they have provided no enjoyment. Setting them up was frustrating, supposedly due to needing to change the size of the ear bud tip!?!. Even the packaging is unfriendly. Make sure you tear the box completely apart before throwing it away as they have buried the extra tips, carrying pouch under what appears to be the cardboard bottom. The sound quality is fantastic but the functionality is unacceptable. Ex: One earbud loosened up in my ear and the headphones stopped playing and announced some error message. If the buds are not firmly in your ears at all times, bad things happen. Trying to activate the noise cancelling feature is beyond comprehension. Lastly, the recharging cord is a joke at 10 inches short

Great earbuds

Amazing sound but not for people with smaller ears

Unfortunately, the physical features kept it from fitting comfortably into my rather smaller ears. Not the tips themselves, but the physical parts that sit in the bowl of your ear. Also had some serious problems with accessibility.

Tested for a week, had to return them

One Major issue i had that made me return them. The device goes to Deep sleep and never wakes up. You have to connect them to the charger port to have access to them again. Really bad design. The headphones don't have a power button so you have no choice but to wait until it wakes up, if it wakes up. I will wait until they have an updated model to buy again. Sad to return it but i'm not spending $200 plus dollars for an item i can't use.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's sorta my fault cuz i didn't do any resurch on these earbuds. buuuut, -i cant stand that it'll interrupts your listening to tell you that its a poor fit. (personally i dgaf if they're a 'bad fit') - also not great for those with small ear canals. -honestly all i wanted was simple earbuds that have a long battery/charge life not some 'smart' earbuds that say your name when you turn them on and interrupts whatever you're listening to -the sound quality is amazing tho idk these weren't it fam, not for me

Just dissapointing

However I cannot let other consumers buy such a poorly tested product. It appears that quality control was not in the logistics chain whatsoever. First the company shipped their product with a charging cable that would brick their own headphones. After they resolved this (months later) by shipping a new cable, they nuraloops no longer connect. Each and every time they are used you will hear a prompt "poor fit detected" and they will go to sleep. At the end of the day, if you are looking for a handy 6" piece of wire these are great, otherwise buy from a reputable company like apple, bose, or sony. Don't make the same mistake I made.
