    I was thrilled when I was able to find this version of The Nutcracker on DVD! This is the version I watched as a kid (taped off tv, commercials and all) and have not seen a better stage to film version since! It was even better when they moved up my shipping date, TWICE! Got it a whole 4 days sooner than originally expected and at a great price!

    Exactly as I remember it. Still the best rendition of The Nutcracker that's the most accessible for kids and grownups. DVD works great.

    I’ve been on a kick about old movies I use to watch when I was a kid. Christmas was especially nice when I would cozy up with a blanket on the couch and watch the Nutcracker. Watching it again as an adult brought back a lot of fond memories. Quality wise not that great but still a good watch. I know a lot of people don’t care for this version but I enjoyed it just as much as when I was a child.

    My favorite version of the Nutcracker. Drosselmeyer in this movie always had me interested in what was going on.

    Well,it’s good motion picture for people who like ballet, have classic feel to it.
